摘 要遥感图像变化检测是通过分析和提取同一地区不同时间获得的遥感图像之间 存在的电磁波谱特征差异或空间结构特征差异，来识别地物类型、内部条件或状 态的变化。遥感图像变化检测广泛应用于环境监测、森林资源调查、土地利用、 城市规划布局以及军事战略目标监测等许多领域。本论文针对两时相遥感图像变化检测方法进行了研究，主要完成了以下三方 面的工作：1）提出了一种非下采样 Shearlet 变换域马尔科夫随机场（Markov Random Field，MRF）与自适应阈值融合的遥感图像变化检测方法。首先对差值差异图像 进行非下采样 Shearlet 分解，将每一层的所有方向子带合并为一个高频子带，对 各层的高频子带和低频子带分别进行自适应阈值分类，每层得到一幅高频自适应 阈值分类图和一幅低频自适应阈值分类图，同时对各层的低频子带进行 MRF 建 模，每层得到一幅 MRF 分类图，最后融合各分类结果得到变化检测结果。通过 对五组遥感数据集的实验验证了该方法的有效性。2）提出了一种基于核传播的遥感图像变化检测方法。首先用均值漂移分割 方法对差值图进行过分割得到超像素集，并用 k 均值方法将超像素分为三类，在 肯定变化类和肯定非变化类中选取种子点并构造约束集，根据得到的约束集学习 种子核，然后用核传播方法将约束信息传播到与超像素集对应的整个核矩阵，最 后对全核矩阵聚类并将聚类结果映射到原图像域得到变化检测结果。通过对五组 遥感数据集的实验验证了该方法的有效性。3）提出了基于相似度差异图和标记处理差异图的模糊隶属度融合的遥感图 像变化检测方法。首先根据两时相图像的结构相似度来构造一幅相似度差异图， 对差值差异图中的像素进行类别标记得到一幅标记图，然后根据标记图对差值差 异图进行不同类型的滤波处理，最后对两幅差异图进行模糊隶属度融合，并按照 最大隶属度原则对融合结果进行分类得到变化检测结果。通过对五组遥感数据集 的实验验证了该方法的有效性。本论文工作得到国家自然科学基金、高等学校学科创新引智计 划（111 计划）（B07048）、教育部长江学者和创新团队发展计划（IRT1170）以及 中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金（K50510020025）的资助。关键词：变化检测非下采样 Shearlet 变换马尔科夫随机场核传播约束集 结构相似度融合AbstractThe change detection in remote sensing images is a process that extracts the characteristic difference of a pair of remote sensing images acquired on the same geographical area at different times to identify the change of terrain types or internal state. Change detection techniques are widely used in environmental monitoring, investigations of forest resources, study on land use, urban planning and the monitoring of military strategic objectives, etc.This paper focus on studying the change detection methods of single-band multi- temporal remote sensing image, mainly proposed three methods:A change detection method of remote sensing image based on nonsubsampled Shearlet transform domain markov random field (MRF) and adaptive threshold fusion is proposed. Firstly, we apply the nonsubsampled shearlet transform to decompose the difference image and combine all high-pass direction subbands in ench scale. sencondly, at each scale, extracting the change information from the low-pass and high-pass su
