基于保有量和集聚度的中国汽车产业发展的实证研究摘要近年来，中国汽车产业迅速发展，已经成为国民经济的支柱产业。虽然在2009 年我国汽车产销量已经成为全球第一，但是汽车人均保有量较低，汽车市场的潜在需求相当大，汽车行业的发展潜力巨大。中国汽车产业的研究对我国汽车产业稳步健康的发展以及宏观经济总体规划意义重大。本文的研究选取了总量和密度这两个汽车行业发展最受关注的维度进行了分析，力求从多方面解析中国汽车产业的发展现状，并找到行业未来发展的重点方向。基于中国汽车产业总体保有量的预测，对中国汽车行业发展做了宏观性的分析和解读。通过引入了先进的预测方法，基于组合预测误差平方和最小的条件，将指数平滑法和BP神经网络有机结合，从而提高了预测的精度和稳定性。对中国民用汽车保有量进行了预测，使读者对汽车行业的发展有了宏观概念上的认识和理解，并通过对中国民用汽车保有量的组合预测结果的分析，提出有利于中国汽车产业发展的政策建议。针对汽车产业发展的主流产业组织形式，引入产业集聚的概念，对中国汽车产业集聚现状作了相关的描述性分析和研究，揭示了中国汽车产业已经形成了一定程度的产业集聚。在克鲁格曼的“中心—外围”模型及其他产业集聚理论的基础上，总结了影响中国汽车产业集聚形成的诸多因素，并建立相应的回归模型进行深入分析找出中国汽车产业集聚发展的重点，并提出了相关的建议。关键字：汽车产业；保有量；集聚度ABSTRACTIn recent years, the rapid development of Chinas automobile industry has become thepillarindustryofnationaleconomy.In2009Chinahasbecomethecountrywhich automobileproductionandsalesintheworld,butthelowcarownershippercapita, theautomotivemarketalargepotentialdemand,theautomotiveindustrys developmentpotential.ChinaautoindustryresearchonChinasautoindustryandthe steadyandhealthydevelopmentoftheoverallplanningofmacroeconomic significance.Thisstudyselectedthevolumeanddensityofthedevelopmentofthe automotiveindustrymostofthesetwodimensionsofconcerntotheanalysis,and strivetoresolve in many ways Chinas auto industry development, and find the direction of the industry focus of future development.BasedontheoverallownershipinChinasautoindustryforecast,thedevelopmentof Chinasautomobileindustrymadeamacroscopicanalysisandinterpretation.Through theintroductionofadvancedforecastingmethods,forecastingbasedontheconditions andminimumsumofsquarederrors,theexponentialsmoothingmethodandthe combinationofBPneuralnetworktoimprovethepredictionaccuracyandstability.
