AbstractInretinalimage,temporaltotheopticnerveheadisthemaculawhichisdarkerwithnobloodvessels.Itistheareautilizedinactivitiesthatrequirediscerningsharpdetailssuchasreading.Retinopathyintheareaofmacula,termedmaculopathy,isassociatedwithahighriskofvisualloss.Hence,accuratedeterminationofthelocationofthefoveaisessentialforcriticaltreatmentdecisionssuchaslaserfordiabeticmaculopathywhichwillbefurtheredinourfutureclinicalwork.Themethodformaculadetectionhasbeendiscussedinsomepaperstheseyears.Inconclusion,themethodologycanbedividedintotwokinds,thealgorithmusingdirectimagingprocessingbasedontheintensity
