山东科技大学硕士学位论文摘要摘要随着市场竞争的加剧，我国炭素企业在生产管理方面遇到了诸多难题和挑战。本文从生产管理的核心——生产计划与调度着手，研究了在面向订单生产的环境下，炭素企业的生产计划与车间调度问题。分析了生产计划的优化方法和优化模型，探讨了车间调度问题的启发式算法和遗传算法。介绍了炭素材料和炭素制品，以及炭素制品的生产工艺流程，分析了炭素企业的生产类型和特点，讨论了炭素企业生产计划与调度的主要内容和存在的问题。给出了客户订单的处理步骤，运用准时制生产思想，建立了基于提前/拖期成本最小的炭素企业主生产计划的优化模型，并采用遗传算法对模型进行求解，给出了详细的求解步骤。求解结果表明，应用该模型对主生产计划进行优化，不仅能使企业的额外生产成本最小，而且能同时满足生产能力和市场需求，讨论了炭素企业的订单插单的处理方法。结合炭素车间的生产特点，建立了基于最大流程时间最小的炭素车间调度模型，分别采用启发式算法和遗传算法对模型进行求解，比较了启发式算法和遗传算法的优劣，分析了遗传算法的收敛性和复杂度。计算结果表明，将该模型应用到炭素车间的生产调度中，能减少最大流程时间，提高生产效率。关键词：炭素企业，主生产计划，车间调度，遗传算法山东科技大学硕士学位论文AbstractAbstractWiththeincreaseofmarketcompetition,carbonenterprisesisfacingsomanyproblemsandchallengesinproductiomanagement.Startingwiththecoreofproductionmanagement,namely,productionplanningandscheduling,thispaperstudiedproductionplanningandworkshopschedulingincarbonenterprisesundertheproductionenvironmentofMTO(Make-To-Order).Theoptimizationmethodsandmodelsofproductionplanningwereanalysed,andtheheuristicalgorithmandgeneticalgorithmofworkshopschedulingwerediscussed.Thecarbonmaterialandcarbonproductionwereintroducedandtheproductionprocessflowofcarbonenterpriseswaspresented,theproductiontypeandcharacteristicofcarbonenterprisewereanalysed,themaincontentandexistingproblemofproductionplanningandschedulingincarbonenterpriseswerediscussed.Theprocessingmethodofcustomorderwasanalysed,accordingtoJust-In-Time,theoptimizationmodelofmasterprodutionplanningincarbonenterprisebasedontheearlinessandtardinesspenaltycostminimizationwasestablishedandgeneticalgorithmwasproposedtosolvethemodel,thedetailedsolutionprocedurewasprovided.Thesolutionresultshadshownthattheoptimizationmodelofprodutionplanningnotonlymadetheadditionalproductioncostminimum,butalsomeetproductioncapacityandmarketdemand.Theinsertedorderprocessingmethodofcarbonenterpriseswerediscussed.Accordingtothecharacteristicsofcarbonworkshop,acarbonworkshopschedulingmodelbasedonthemakespanminimization,heuristicalgorithmandgeneticalgorithmwereproposedtosolvethemodelrespectively,theadvantagesanddisadvantageso
