摘 要 目前，我国城市化已经进入快速发展阶段，农村经济不断繁荣，乡村兴起住 宅建设的高潮，但由于缺乏科学的规划指导，农村建房的自主性造成了农村聚落 的无序发展，使农村居民点的空间分布较为混乱，不仅造成了土地资源的浪费， 破坏了当地特色，也使村庄缺乏一种凝聚力，面临着分化与重组。在此背景下， 开展乡村聚落空间结构的研究具有非常重要的意义。 首先，本文对国内外相关研究和实践进行了综述，基于对国内外乡村聚落研 究现状分析，在我国乡村社会经济迅速发展的形势下，对乡村聚落的研究不仅要 揭示其发展的客观规律，更重要的是针对乡村聚落发展中存在问题及社会发展对 乡村的要求来分析其空间结构可能表现出的演变趋势。中心地理论是经济地理学 的重要理论之一，它强调中心地系统结构的合理性，为建立乡村聚落体系的等级 层次提供了结构组织原则，在空间上表现为中心地和外围区的差异以及各级中心 地的不同等级，如何有效使各级中心地发挥出更大的职能，合理配置资源，指导 乡村建设，以促进区域整体发展，需要对中心地理论进行深入的研究和探讨。 其次，通过对乡村地域中心地系统发展趋势和演变规律的研究，认为在进行 城镇体系规划时要选择中心村作为重点发展对象，中心村能提供农村居民点人口 聚集规模，完善服务设施，加强乡镇与各村庄的联系，是乡村地域中心村系统的 发展趋势。而区位选择是中心村规划的基础和重要内容，如何科学、合理的进行 中心村选址，确定乡村区域发展的重点，则是一个亟待解决的问题。 再次，深入探究了中心地理论在现实生活中的应用及其变形，运用系统论的 方法对乡村地域各级中心地系统进行了深入的探究，分析了中心村区位选择的影 响因素与布局原则，构建了中心村选择的评价指标体系，然后运用改进的熵值法 确定指标权重，对中心村区位进行分类，最终确定中心村的选址。 最后，本文结合邓州市实例对中心村的选址进行实证分析，并对其今后的发 展提出政策建议。 关键词：中心地理论，中心村，空间布局，中心性指数 I III III IV IV Abstract Currently, the urbanization in China has entered a stage of rapid development, the rural economy has been booming, villages rise residential building climax, but due to the lack of scientific planning and guidance, the autonomy of the rural housing caused by haphazard development of rural settlements, rural settlements the spatial distribution of more confusion, not only resulted in the waste of land resources, destruction of local specialties, and also the villages lack a cohesion facing differentiation and reorganization.
