Especially, the politics, economy, society, science and technology in 21 century change quickly, and the market competition is becoming more impetuosity. How to resist the competitors intelligence activities becomes the focus in enterprises. Iron steel industry is the pillar industry in our country and has great effect on the development of national economy. Japan has a great power on iron steel industry, and also has great power on competitive intelligence in the world. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the competitive intelligence activities of iron steel enterprises in China and Japan, and to analyse its effect on enterprise competitiveness.
