 PAGE 3 Abstract The total amount of goods in China ranged from 800 billion USD in 2003 to 4000 billion USD in 2012.It exceeded 4000 billion USD in 2013,which China became the biggest country in goods trade. The amount of trade in service from 100 billion USD in 2013 increased quickly to 500 billion USD in 2012. However,there exists some problems. On the one hand, the service trade industry distribution is not balanced. It focuses on labor intensive industry. On the other hand, the regional distribution is imbalance, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Jiangsu these developed area with advanced finance ,insurance and computer service, compared with those less developed area, Sichuan ,Guangxi and Hebei province with labor intensive industry. The crisis of international finance triggered international economic system to accelerate reform and global management structure to adjust deeply.It also pushed the countries to accelerate economic restructuring and transform developmental method ， promote the further of regional economic cooperation.The multinational service transfer and the main factors restructuring as the primary of a new round of international industry transfer,they transfer in a short time.That just provides a rare historical opportunity for Chinese service trade leapfrog development.
