摘 要本文以库尔勒市为研究样区 以遥感RS这种快速获取地面宏观信 息的重要技术手段和地理信息系统GIS为基础 对库尔勒市 2002 年间 土地利用变化情况进行了监测 在研究中 根据库尔勒市的 DOM 数据和 SPOT5 数据 选择适合研究区的影像处理技术 监测出土地利用变化情 况 以监测成果为基础对土地利用的动态变化过程和土地利用类型间的转 化进行了定量分析 并运用马尔柯夫模型对土地利用变化趋势进行预测和 分析 最后 作者针对监测中的实际情况 在合理建议的同时 提出了建 立库尔勒市土地利用动态遥感监测数据库和土地利用动态遥感监测体系的 建议 通过建立土地利用动态遥感监测数据库和体系 可以提供及时 准 确的土地利用变化监测信息 使之有效应用于日常的土地管理 本文还探 讨了土地利用动态遥感监测数据库和土地利用动态遥感监测体系建设的框 架 提出总体设计思路 并为数据库和体系的建设提供参考性建议 关键词: 土地利用动态监测 遥感 地理信息系统 马尔柯夫模型Study on Dynamic Monitoring of Land Use Based on RS and GIS in Kuerle CityQu Fuling(Land Resource Management)Supervised by Prof. Yu LiAbstractTaking kuerle city as the sample region based on the integration both remote sensing (RS) which is an important technique means of quickly capturing the land use information and geographical information system (GIS), we detects the land use changes in kuerle city in 2002. According to DOM data and SPOT5 data of kuerle during the study, we reliably and actively identify the changes of land use by selecting the handling technology of images suitable for the study area. The dynamic evolution process of land use and the transformation each other among all types of land use are analysed quantitatively. As the same time, based on the above study, the author forecasts and deeply studies changeable tendency of land use by using Markov model. In the light of the particularity of land use dynamic monitoring, the paper puts forward the proper suggestion and establishing the land use dynamic monitoring database and the land use dynamic monitoring system by remote sensing, whichcan accurately and rapidly organize the spatial and attribute data of changingareas to effectively be applied in the daily land management. Additionally, the frameworks and technical methods of the land use dynamic monitoring database and the land use dynamic monitoring system construction are explored.
