AbstractDuetotheaccelerationoftheprocess of economicglobalizationandinformation, theexclusiveknowledgehasbecomethedecisivefactorforenterprisesadaptingto environmentalchanges andgainingacompetitiveadvantage.Simplenaturalresources andlaborcostsbusinessproductivityisgraduallybeingreplacedbymodeof knowledgeproduction.Basedon knowledgeaccumulationandInnovation-driven modemadeIsolatedcompaniescannotkeepupwiththerapidpaceoftechnological innovation.TechnologyAlliancebringsaboutinthiscontext.Technologyallianceprovides enterpriseswithacollaborativeplatformforgrowthbyorganicallyintegrating differentknowledgeandtechnologyofenterprises.Itenables enterprises to significantlyenhancethecompetitivenesswiththehelpofcollaborators.Establishing analliancebetweenenterpriseshasbecomeanemergingtrend.Technologyalliances becomeareliablewayforenterprises’hecomplexenvironmentof informationandglobalizationofeconomic.Technologicallearningprocessinthetechnology alliance,technicalknowledgeas aspecialresource,itisextremelyimportant.Specifically,fromtheperspectiveof knowledgeandlearning,Technologycoalition-buildingonthebasisoftechnical knowledge,andhaveclosecollaborationeachother.Itisamulti-dimensional interactiveprocess,includingthetransferofknowledge,sharing,integrationand innovationbetweenthemembersoftheUnion.Technologyallianceinevitably produceslearningcostsintheprocessoftechnologicallearning,whichisalogical assumption.Howreasonableandfairsharingofthecostoflearning,istoensurethat thetechnologyallianceis animportantguaranteeforstableandrunning.Technologyallianceisanalyzedthroughtheperspectiveofcooperativegameand usingprisonersdilemmasimplyanalyzesknowledgeoftheUnionshared.Then proposedtechnologyalliancelearningsafeguardmechanism,furthercooperative multiplayergame-sharingmodelwasinitiallybuilt.Thevalueprovidedbydifferent duetothelocationofeachofthecompaniesintheTechnologyalliance,technical knowledgeitputalotofdifferences.Therefore,whencarryingoutcost-sharing,not onlytoconsiderthebasisofthevalueoft
