month-longrevisitswithobscuregastrointestinalbleedingpatients,therevisitcontent includingtheclinicaltarget:Theinspection,thetreatment,bleedandsituationsagain bloodtransfusionandsoon;Laboratorytarget:Bowelmovementoccultbloodand hemoglobinsituation.Countedtherateofhemorrhageagaininthemasculinegroupand thenon-masculinegroup,appraisesthroughthesinglevariableandthemultivariable dataanalysisbleedsthecorrelationfactoragain,understoodthatinthecapsuleendoscopyresulttotheriskofrebleedingrateindicationfunction.dividedintocapsule endoscopy,doubleballoonendoscopy,thesmallintestineradiographyCTgroup, analytic statistics the uniformity ofthese three inspection way .Results:73patients(41menand32women)werestudied,withameanageof55.1yr.The detectablerateofcapsuleendoscopywas 95.9%（70/73）,andpositiverateswas 53.4%（39/73）.In65OGIBpatients,Thedetectableratewas 95.4%（62/65）,and positiverateswas57.0%（37/65）.Angiodysplasiaswerethemostfrequentlesions identifiedinpatientswithapositivefinding,interstitialtumorofsmallintestinewere lessfrequentseen.Therebleedingratesofpatientswithapositivefindingwas41.6%, with15.4%inpatientsofnon-positivefindings.Significantdifferencewasseen between the two groups.（P0.05）Thereare11examplesincapsuleendoscopywithdoubleballoonendoscopyjoint inspection,thecapsuleendoscopypicksoutrateis81.8%,doubleballoonendoscopy detectionrateis54.5.7%;Inthecapsuleendoscopysdiagnosisrateofaccuracyis25% (3/12example),thecapsuleendoscopyentiresmallintestineinspectionfinishrateis high,compareswiththedoubleballoonendoscopy,multi-stagepathologicalchange diagnosisrateishigh.Therearein5examplesinthecapsuleendoscopyandsmall intestineradiographyCTinspects,bothstheuniformityachieves100%,4exampleget surgeriestreat,afterthesurgerypathologyinspectionconfirmationformesenchymalthe lump, diagnoses consistently with the before .Conclusion:(1).Capsuleendoscopymostlydetectablesmallintestinepathologicalchangesignin obscuregastrointestinalbleedingpatients,buttheclinicalmasculinegenderrateonly reacheshal
