P53蛋白在卵巢上皮肿瘤组织中的表达及意义 【关键词】 卵巢肿瘤;蛋白质P53;免疫组织化学 ［摘要］目的 探讨P53蛋白在卵巢上皮肿瘤组织中的表达及意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法分别检测83例卵巢上皮肿瘤病人P53蛋白的表达，分析其与病理类型、细胞分化程度及临床分期的关系。结果 卵巢上皮肿瘤恶性组P53蛋白阳性表达率明显高于交界组及良性组（ χ2 =3.857、21.776，P 0.01）;恶性组中P53蛋白阳性表达率与组织类型无关（ χ2 =0.005，P 0.05）;G1 、G2 级阳性表达率显著低于G3 级（ χ2 =5.154、7.540，P 0.05 ）;临床Ⅰ、Ⅱ期阳性表达率低于Ⅲ、Ⅳ期（ χ2 =5.236，P 0.05）;P53蛋白阳性病人5年生存率显著低于P53蛋白阴性的病人（ χ2 =4.919，P 0.05）。结论 P53蛋白表达的检测对卵巢上皮肿瘤良、恶性的鉴别及卵巢上皮性癌预后的评估有一定的意义。 ［关键词］ 卵巢肿瘤;蛋白质P53;免疫组织化学 EXPRESSION OF PROTEIN P53 IN EPITHELIAL OVARIAN TUMORS AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE WANG XUE-HE， FAN XI-FEN， WANG XUAN （Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics， Songshan Hospital of Qingdao University Medical College， Qingdao 266021， China） ［ABSTRACT］ObjectiveTo investigate the significance of protein P53 expression in the ovarian epithelial tumor. Methods Immunohistochemical method was applied to detect the P53 expression in 83 patients ovarian epithelial tumor. The relationship of P53 expression with pathological type， cell differentiation， and clinical staging was analyzed. ResultsP53 expression in malig-nant group was significantly higher than those in borderline and in benign group （ χ2 =3.857，21.776; P 0.01）. The P53 expres-sion in malignant group was irrelevant to histological type （ χ2 =0.005， P 0.05）; it was evidently less expressed in G1and G2groups than in G3group （ χ2 =5.154，7.540;P 0.05 ）; its expression in stages Ⅰ and Ⅱ was less than that of stages Ⅲ and Ⅳ （ χ2 =5.236，P 0.05）. The 5-year survival rate in patients with P53 positive was less than those with P53 negative （ χ2 = 4.919，P 0.05）.
