城乡汉族与哈萨克孕妇剖宫产率的对比研究 【关键词】 汉族；,哈萨克族；,城市；,乡村；,剖宫产率 摘要: 目的：探讨汉族与哈萨克族、城市与乡村孕妇对分娩方式的选择。方法：对2 791例孕妇的临床资料进行回顾性分析,分别比较汉族与哈萨克族、汉族城市与乡村、哈萨克族城市与乡村、汉族城市与哈萨克族城市、汉族乡村与哈萨克族乡村孕妇剖宫产率的差异。结果：汉族、哈萨克族孕妇剖宫产率分别为52.3%、34.8%，汉族明显高于哈萨克族（P＜0.01）；汉族城市与乡村孕妇剖宫产率分别为61.1%、34.5%，城市明显高于乡村（P＜0.01）；哈萨克族城市、乡村孕妇剖宫产率分别为39.4%、25.5%，城市明显高于乡村（P＜0.01）；汉族、哈萨克族城市孕妇剖宫产率分别为61.1%、39.4%，汉族城市明显高于哈萨克族城市（P＜0.01）；汉族、哈萨克族乡村孕妇剖宫产率分别为34.5%、25.5%，汉族明显高于哈萨克族（P0.01)。结论: 汉族与哈萨克族、城市与乡村孕妇剖宫产率有明显差异，汉族高于哈萨克族，城市高于乡村。 关键词： 汉族； 哈萨克族； 城市； 乡村； 剖宫产率 The comparative research of the pregnant women′s caesarean operation percentages of Han and Kazak in urban and rural areas ZHANG Lijuan, ZHANG Haiyan, CAO Yaomao, et al (The People′s Hospital of Tacheng Prefecture, Tacheng 834700, China) Abstract：Objective: To discuss the choices of the pregnant women of Han and Kazak in urban and rural areas towards the ways of giving birth to a baby. Methods: A retrospect analysis on the clinical data of 2 791 pregnant women was done and compared separately the difference of pregnant women′s caesarean operation percentage of: Han and Kazak, Han in urban and rural areas, Kazak in urban and rural areas, Han and Kazak in urban areas, Han and Kazak in rural areas. Results: The pregnant women′s caesarean operation percentages of Han and Kazak were separately 52.3% and 34.8%, the Han′s was obviously higher than the Kazak′s (P＜0.01). The　pregnant women′s caesarean operation percentages of Han in urban and rural areas were separately 61.1% and 34.5%, the former was obviously higher than the latter (P＜0.01). The caesarean operation percentages of Kazak in urban and rural areas were separately 39.4% and 25.2% , the former was obviously higher than the latter (P＜0.01).
