水泥回转窑设备安装及调试研究摘要:随着我国经济的快速发展，水泥的生产总量越来越大，我国新型水泥干法旋转窑的总数量已经达到一千五百条，水泥设备的发展也达到了国际较为先进的水平，但是很多企业对水泥设备的管理和维护跟国际先进水平有很大差距，影响了设备的运转率，有很大潜力可挖。水泥设备的安装、调试及在使用过程中，合理维护等内容都是我国水泥设备管理中需要加强的方面，如何能够在设备管理中真正做到“精”“细”，挖潜增效，是当前摆在我们每一位水泥设备从业者面前的问题。本文通过对水泥回转窑的安装、调试过程中抓点分析，阐述回转窑正常运转一些注意事项。 关键词：水泥设备 ，精细管理 Abstract: along with the rapid economic development of our country, the total amount of cement production is more and more big, the our country new dry method cement kiln rotation of the total number of article has reached one thousand five hundred, cement equipment development also have reached the internati
