多种教育方法在手术室垃圾分类中的应用比较 【摘要】目的 通过多种教育方法，探讨一种能有效落实好手术室垃圾分类工作的方法。方法 (1)说教法：给手术间的所有人员强调什么属医疗垃圾，什么属生活垃圾，什么属于利器。(2)制作图谱法：制作手术室常见垃圾分类图谱，将图谱直接张贴或悬挂于靠近垃圾桶的墙上或其他可悬挂的设备上，以提醒操作者正确投扔垃圾。(3)结合法：提醒手术间内所有人员按照所挂图谱正确投扔垃圾，有疑问及时询问，并随时监控。然后每天检查垃圾分类执行结果情况。结果 (1)经说教教育后50天内发现有30次误将医疗垃圾扔进生活垃圾桶内。(2)制作并应用手术室垃圾分类图谱宣传画后50天内有5次将医疗垃圾扔进生活垃圾桶内。(3)用结合法教育后50天内仅有1次将医疗垃圾扔进生活垃圾桶内。用SPSS12.0软件处理，经χ2检验后发现用说教法与图谱法教育后对手术间内人员能否正确投扔垃圾的影响比较二者间差异有显著性(P0.01);用图谱法与结合法教育后对手术间人员投扔垃圾正确与否的影响比较二者间差异无显著性(P0.05);说教法与结合法教育后对手术间人员投扔垃圾正确与否的影响比较二者间差异有显著性(P0.01)。结论 用图谱法或结合法能有效落实好手术室垃圾分类工作。 【关键词】 多种教育法 ;手术室垃圾分类;应用 [Abstract] Objective To research an effective method of three teaching methods that will be able to differentiate some rubbish in the operation room.Methods (1)Teaching method on telling something about rubbish:Telling everyone in the orperation room how to differentiate rubbish.(2)Making pictures of rubbish: Making pictures of rubbish and putting it on the wall or other device near the rubbishrsquo;s bucket .To tell everyone how to differentiate the rubbish.(3)Mixing telling and making pictures .After every method ,to check the rubbishrsquo;s bucket of the same operation-room.At last,to compare the three results.Results (1)There were 30 mistakes that threw rubbish in 50 days after telling of teaching methods.(2)There were 5 mistakes that threw rubbish in 50 days after making pictures of teaching methods.(3)There was 1 mistake that threw rubbish in 50 days after mixing telling and making pictures of teaching methods.After using SPSS 12.0 and chi;2 test ,there is significant difference between telling method and making pictures method,P0.01;there isnrsquo;t significant difference between making pictures and mixing,P0.05;there is significant difference between telling and mixing,P0.01.Conclusion Making the picture posters about the operation roomrsquo;s rubbish or mixing is an effective teaching method to differentiate the rubbish.
