关键词：Android；SQLite；XML-RPC；语音记账；DesignandDevelopmentofAndroid-basedIntelligentVoiceAccountingSystemsAbstractWiththeadvancementoftechnology,thesmartphonehasenteredthelivesofordinarypeople.Since2010,GooglesAndroidplatformhasbeenshowingarapiddevelopmentmomentumintheshareoftheglobalsmartphonemarketsharesoaredfromlessthan10%allthewayto50%ormore,seemstohaveseizedthehalf.FromthelaunchoftheAndroidoperatingsystemin2008,AndroidsmartmobileterminaloperatingsystemhasexceededtheSymbiansystemandbecometheworldsmostpopularsmartphoneplatformbytheendof2010,whichislessthantwoyearstimefromthetimeit’slaunched.Accordingtostatistics,thenumberofAndroidapplicationsontheAndroidMarketisover500,000.OntheAndroidMarket,almostalloftheaccountingapplicationsarerecordedmanually,andtheinterfaceisrelativelycumbersome.Therefore,theintroductionofvoicerecognitionintheaccountingsoftware,cansimplifytheprocessofrecordingtheusers’consumptioninformation,andimprovethefeelingofusers’usage.Themaincontentsofthispaperareasfollows:Thepaperstartswithasimplecomparativeanalysisoftodaysmainstreamsmartphoneplatform.Andthen,thereisafurtheranalysisofthenowpopularspeechrecognitiontechnologyanditsprinciples.ThenextisaanalysisoftheAndroidplatformarchitectureandcomponentmodel,aswellasthelifecycleoftheapplication,ActivityandIntentmechanism.Finally,thereisabriefdescriptionofhowtobuildAndroiddevelopmentenvironmentontheWindowsoperatingsystem.Thesystemisdividedintotwopartstosatisfytheneedsoftheusers,whichistheAndroidphoneclientandPCserver.Andthereisalittlesummaryofthedesignofthesystem.ThenextisalittleintroductionofthefunctionswhichshouldbeimplementedontheAndroidclientandPCserver.What’snextisabriefanalysisofthevoicerecognitiontechnologyandSQLitedatabase,whichisusedonthetheAndroidclient.MySQLdatabasewhichisusedonthePCserverisalsoappearedinthebriefintroductionofPCserver.Inthelast,thereisabriefanalysisofXML-RPCtransportmechanismwhichisusedinthesystemtotransportthedatabetweentheAndroidclientandPCserver.Inthispartofthepaper,thereisadescr
