Embedded systems have been universal to the industrial control, house appliances, robotics, portable instrument and aerospace, etc. Embedded has also been popularized in the application of fault diagnosis.The paper introduces a kind of diesel engine fault diagnosis system which is based on embedded. Firstly, a whole design project, that an embedded fault diagnosis system is introduced in detail, which includes the embedded hardware platform and the peripheral circuit design of each module.
