摘要摘要随着计算机应用和网络通讯技术的发展，传统的办公模式已经越来越显示出 其低效性和资源的巨大浪费，实现办公自动化能够最大限度地提升办公人员智力 劳动的自动化、电子化和专业化，最大程度地减轻劳动强度，达到充分利用信息， 提高工作效率和工作质量的目的。论文选题正是在这样的背景下，针对江西广播 电视大学各部门及部门各科室之间交互性强、协同工作紧密、工作流程繁杂的特 点，设计并开发了基于 B/S 架构和工作流技术的办公自动化系统。办公自动化系统实现的重点是在确保安全的前提下最大限度的促进信息沟通 及信息共享和内部公文流转。而基于 B/S 架构的信息化系统能最大程度的满足信 息沟通及资源共享的要求，因此本论文对基于 B/S 架构的办公自动化系统的设计、 实现作了系统阐述，同时对办公自动化实现公文流转所运用的工作流技术及相关 理论作了详细论述。具体而言，论文的主要工作体现在以下方面：第一、深入研究了开发办公自动化系统的相关技术，采用了基于 B/S 三层结 构的办公自动化架构。第二、分析了系统需求和设计目标，详细介绍了系统的设计与实现过程，完 成了系统主要功能模块及其数据库的设计和实现，并给出了部分功能实现的程序 代码。第三、公文处理是 OA 系统的核心部分，为了满足不同用户工作的需求，设计 了自定义流程的实现方式，达到公文的自由流转和用户定制工作流程的功能。第四、对系统的软、硬件平台进行合理配置，采用用户认证、访问控制、权 限限制等技术实现了应用的安全。目前，这套 OA 系统已经在作者所在单位得到全面的使用，系统运行稳定，达 到预期的要求。并将进一步在全台推广使用。关键词： 办公自动化， B/S，工作流，数据库AbstractAbstractWith the development of the computer science and network, the traditional office working pattern has increasingly shown its inefficiency and huge waste of resources. However, the Office Automation System can maximally achieve the automation, electronization and specialization, which can alleviating worker’s hard work, fully utilize the information and improve the efficiency and quality of our work. The paper is under the circumstances that in Voice of Strait Broadcasting Station where there are strong interactions among departments, work together closely and complicated workflows, we designed and developed a set of Office Automation system which based on the architect of B/S and workflow technical.Office Automation System focuses on the premise of ensuring safety to achieve the maximum of information communication, sharing and circulation of internal documents. The B/S architect can greatly satisfying the requirements of information communication and resource sharing.
