柳州市吸毒人群艾滋病教育干预效果分析* 【摘要】目的研究广西柳州市通过艾滋病干预后，吸毒人群人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染流行趋势和艾滋病相关行为特征改变，为制定艾滋病预防控制规划提供依据。方法分析2003～2006年柳州市吸毒人群行为改变及HIV血清学监测情况。结果吸毒者中以静脉注射海洛因为主，年龄20～39岁为主，男女比例约为4∶1，共用注射器从2003年的48.7％降到2006年的24.3％；35.12％的吸毒者以高危性行为换取毒品，发生高危性行为时8.1％的吸毒者从不使用安全套，只有1.5％的人每次都用，其余90.04％的人有时使用；2003～2006年共发现HIV感染者300例，其中236例有与他人共用针具史，HIV抗体阳性率为18.42％，呈逐年下降趋势。结论柳州市经过健康干预，吸毒人员对艾滋病有了一定的认识，但仍须加强行为干预。 【关键词】 人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV);行为医学；血清流行病学；艾滋病 Analysis on characteristics of drug users AIDS-related behaviors WEI Qi-hou,FENG Wei-dong,SHAN Gui-su,et al. Liuzhou Disease Prevention and Controll Centre(Liuzhou 545001,China) Abstract： Objective To learn and analyse spreading trend of HIV infectin in drug users and their characteristics of AIDS related behaviors in Liuzhou so as to provide basis for the government to draw up rules to prevent and control AIDS.Methods The data of behavioral and serological surveillance among drug users in 2003～2006 was analyzed.Results Heroin injection was the major drug used by the subjects.Most of the drug users were 20～39 years old,and the ratio of men to women is 4 to 1.48.7 percent of the drug users had experienced drug injection in 2003,and 24.3 percent have experienced drug injection in 2006.300 cases of HIV infection were found,among them 236 cases shared needles with others.18.42 percent of subjects showed HIV antibody positive,which belong to medium spreading and the trend descended by the year.Of all the drug users 92.69 percent experienced drug injection,among them 30.20 percent shared needles with others.35.12 percent of drug users behaved badly and dangerously in selling and buying of drugs.8.1 percent of drug users never use condoms and 1.5 percent every time and 90.04 percent sometimes use condoms in sexual activity with high risk of HIV infection.Conclusion The investigation shows that there lies some potential factors for the drug users to speed up HIV infection in Liuzhou.Therefore health education must be strengthened and some useful measurements should
