摘 要 当今社会中，模具工业已成为国民经济中的重要基础工业之一。由于高分子材料具有许多优良性能，适合现代化生产，经济效益显著，且不受地域、气候的限制。因而造就了模具工业突飞猛进的发展。我国塑料模具目前的设计、分析与制造主要依赖设计人员的经验和工艺人员的技巧，设计合理与否、制品有无缺陷只有通过试模才知道，使得模具的制造周期长、成本高。而采用计算机辅助设计、分析与制造(CAD/CAE/CAM)一体化技术，可以极大的提高塑料模具的设计制造水平及制品质量。 现代工业的发展和技术水平的提高，在很大程度上取决于模具工业的发展水平。因此模具工业对国民经济和社会的发展，将会起越来越大的作用。模具工业的薄弱将严重影响工业产品造型的变化和新产品的开发，努力提高模具生产工艺水平，加强模具工艺及制造技术的研究，是发展工业生产的重要途径之一。 关键词：塑料模具，计算机辅助设计，试模，现代工业，生产工艺Abstract In todays society, mould industry has become an important foundation of the national economy one of industry. Due to the high polymer materials have many good properties, suitable for the modern production, and the economic benefit is remarkable, and is not subject to regional,climate restrictions. So make the mould industry development by leaps and bounds. Our country at present the design of plastic mold, analysis and design staff mainly depends on manufacturing experience and technology worker skills, the design is reasonable or not, for only through the test products defect know mode, making mould manufacturing cycle is long, the cost is high. And by using the computer aided design, analysis and manufacturing (CAD/CAE/CAM) integration technology, can greatly improve the plastic mold design and manufacturing level and products quality. The development of modern industry and raise the level of technology, to a great extent, depends on the development of die and mould industry level. So die and mould industry is on the national economy and social development, will be the more and more major role. Weak of mold industry will seriously affect the change of industrial product model and the development of new products, to improve the mold production craft level, strengthen die technology and manufacturing technology research, development is one of the important ways to industrial production.
