摘要我国医疗内生性需求的增加使医药行业市场规模不断扩大，从而对医药物流 需求不断增加。混合型医药物流企业是医药物流领域的新型业态，第三方医药物 流业务和医药流通业务并存，需要对原有物流系统进行再设计。本文以实习的一 个医药物流企业 A 公司为例对混合型医药物流企业的物流系统进行优化设计。本文运用物流中心规划的理论方法，并结合实际经验和需求，以 A 公司为例 研究和探讨了混合型医药物流企业物流系统的特点以及运营中出现的问题，分别 从组织结构、业务流程、仓储布局规划、货位分配管理等方面对其物流系统进行 优化设计。首先对 A 公司的组织结构进行调整并分析改善效果；然后在介绍 A 公司的药品销售业务流程、医药物流服务受理业务流程的基础上，利用 witness 软件仿真技术对入库操作业务流程进行优化设计，给出优化设计方案；随后用 SLP 方法对 A 公司的仓储布局进行优化设计，给出三个仓库的空间布局方案；最后利 用 ABC 分类分析法和 SKU 关联度分析法，对 A 公司冷藏库的货位分配进行优化， 给出不同种类药品的存放货位。本论文对 A 公司具有重要的实际应用价值；同时本文设计方法可以用于其它 行业的物流系统优化设计问题，具有推广意义。关键词：混合型医药物流企业仓库布局设计流程优化AbstractThe increase of Chinas medical Endogenous demand expands the size of the market of pharmaceutical industry continually, thereby increasing demand for pharmaceutical logistics. Hybrid medical logistic enterprise is medical logistics domain’s new type of business, which has Third-party medicine logistics business and medicine distribution business at the same time, so it is need to reengineer the logistics system. The paper takes a medical logistics enterprises, company A, for example to optimize the logistics system of hybrid medical logistics enterprise.The paper uses theories and methods of logistics combined with practical experience and needs to study and explore the characteristics and operations problems of hybrid medical logistics enterprise logistics system, and optimize it from the organization structure, business processes, warehouse layout planning, location of cargo space management. First of all, the paper adjusts the A companys organizational structure and analyzes the effect of the reorganization. And then the paper uses witness to optimize storage operations business processes based on introducing the pharmaceutical sales business processes and the medicine logistics services admissibility of business processes of company A.
