摘要近年来，国家开始提倡建设节约型社会，在这种思想影响下，高校老校区的 发展模式已由外延式更新转变为内调式更新。内调式更新注重旧建筑的改造更新 与再利用。那些建成时间久远的高校老校区医院正是这些急需改造更新的高校老 校区旧建筑之一。高校老校区的医院多建于其所属高校建校初期，其主体常常集中在一栋建筑 里，规模不大，与其他医疗建筑存在一定差距。但随着在校师生的不断增加、医 疗卫生需求的不断变化，校医院内加入了许多始建初期并不具备的功能，使得原 本不宽敞的校医院变得更加拥挤，也使得各种人流叠加，内部交通流线混乱。为 了继续为在校师生服务，这些医院必须进行改造。本文试图就高校老校区医院建 筑存在的问题，以重庆大学 B 区医院改造设计为例，对校医院建筑的再利用和空 间价值的提升提出改造策略。本文主要从四个部分来进行写作。 首先，明确指出本文的研究缘起、研究背景、相关研究概况、研究意义及相关概念界定。其次，对我国高校老校区医院建筑的整体现状进行调研，总结其存在的问题， 证明高校老校区医院建筑改造更新的迫切性和必要性。再次，针对高校老校区医院建筑存在的问题，结合国内外成功的改造实例， 总结出集约理念主导下的高校老校区医院建筑的再利用的原则、策略及实施过程。最后以重庆大学 B 区医院改造设计为例，对提出的原则及策略进行实践检验。关键词： 高校老校区，医院，改造更新，集约ABSTRACTIn recent years, Chinese government began to promote the construction of a conservation oriented society. In such circumstances, the development mode of old campuses has been updated by the extension of new campuses to the mode of renovation of old campuses. Many universities began to renew and reuse old buildings existed on the old campuses. Those old school hospitals are one of the old buildings in need of renovation.These old school hospitals were built in the early days of these universities.All the sections of the hospital were in one building. Now with the increasing number of teachers and students, the great demands of medical treatment, medical research, and rapidly changed medical technology, these hospitals could not function properly. It makes the originally not spacious school hospital become more and more crowded, the various flow superposition, internal traffic chaos. In order to serve the teachers and students well, these old hospitals must be reconstructed. This paper attempts to analysis the problems existed in the renovation of old school buildings and to present the designing strategies taken in the renovation of old hospital building of Chongqing University, which is a good example of reuse of the old school hospital building and the enhance of the value of the space.This paper consists of four parts.Part I: Introduction In this part the author of this paper will
