小台螺丝机圆盘更换步骤 Replacing steps of KFA-0820A Circled Plate 机用机型 Vacuum Type 一、更换前准备(1. Before replacing) 操作步骤 准备更换之零件： 1.轨道； 2.分度盘； 3.圆盘装置板 Steps 1 Prepare the parts needed: 1. Rail assembly 2 2. Circled plate 3. Circled plate bracket 3 注意 确认需更换之零件尺寸正确 Attention Please check the size of the parts is correct. 二、拆除螺丝押板 (2. Disassembly the screw holding plate) 操作步骤 将押板的螺丝拆下 Step Loosen the screws from the screw holding plate. 三、拆除前盖 (3.Disassemble front housing) 操作步骤 1.依次用螺丝起子将外壳螺丝取下 2.取下螺丝机前盖 Steps 1.Remove the screws from the front housing. 2.Take off the front housing. 注意 1.拆除外壳螺丝时只拆下锁固于料槽室及底板之螺丝 2.螺丝机前盖与左右侧盖前端整体拆下 3.拆前盖时不能用力过大，以免造成前盖变形 Attention 1. Step 1, only need to remove the screws which fixed on scooping chamber and base plate. 2. Remove the whole front housing together. 3. In case of causing distortion on the front housing, do not force too much when taking it off. 四、拆除圆盘装置板 (4. Disassemble circled plate bracket) 操作步骤 用螺丝起子将圆盘装置板拆除 Step Remove the circled plate bracket 五、拆除轨道 (5. Disassemble rail assembly) 操作步骤: 1.打开料槽室闸门 2.用螺丝起子将轨道螺丝拆除 3.往斜上方将轨道抽出 Steps: 1.Open the gate of scooping chamber. 2.Remove the screws from rail assembly. 3.Obliquely upward drawing out the rail assembly 注意 1.拆除轨道前必须将闸门打开 2.取轨道时必须往斜上方将轨道抽出 Attention 1.Open the gate before removing the rail assembly. 2.Must drawing out the rail assembly by an obliquely upward way. 六、拆除圆盘(6.Disassemble circled plate)
