Abstract Since the Exchange of Stock Index Future appeared in 1970s, it has developed and innovated continuously, but there are also some new problems during its development.In that case how to regulate the Exchange of Stock Index Future and how to serve its turn meanwhile,avoid its disadvantages are the focuses which governments of differentcountries and relevant international organizations have been showing concerns for. Since the Exchange of Stock Index Future is a new business in China, so scientific design and implement the corresponding Juristic Supervising will be crucial for exerting the hedging and safe guarding the rights and interests of the investors effectively and advancing it develop steadily. Then we should lucubrate the theory of the Juristic Supervising of the Exchange of Stock Index Future. This dissertation will give some discussion to the fundamental theory of the Juristic Supervising of the Exchange of Stock Index Future and try my best to design some law system, expecting my advice will do some good to the practice of the Juristic Supervising of the Exchange of Stock Index Future in the future in china. The thesis includes mainly four charters: The first charter introduced the element knowledge of the Exchange of Stock Index Future.This part mainly talk about the definition of Stock Index Futures, basic function of stock-index exchange, exchange process and its developing history .the second part, analyzing the necessity of supervising Stock Index. This part analyzing the significance of carry-out Stock Index in our country and the necessity of supervising Stock Index.The third charter researched the law system of the Exchange of Stock Index Future in developed countries districts including American, 4 the United Kingdom,Japan and Hong Kong district in China.
