摘要 2010年以来，随着近几年我国高校改革的不断深入和教育高等化潮流的不断推进，高校学生安全管理问题越来越引起社会的重视，在社会转型的发展时期，影响高校安全的因素也层出不穷。近些年来，高校不断扩招，与之相适应，学生也呈现多层次化，这就使得高校中的不安全因素更加与日俱增。大学生“成才”不“成人”，成为国内高等教育的一大顽症。随着科技的发展和人们生活水平的提高，越来越多的学者在研究解决这一问题的途径。2013年以来被热议的高校校园安全事件，这些安全事件的发生当然是由多方面的因素共同作用的结果，这里面包括学校的安全管理队伍的问题、大学生自身安全素养的问题、高校管理制度问题、社会环境问题等等。 首先，阐述了安全评价的定义、安全评价的原理以及程序等相关概念，对几种主要的安全评价方法进行了介绍。 其次，本论文以高校安全为切入点，选取江苏某职业高校为案例进行校园安全评价研究。利用本人的职业优势，深入到校园的安全管理工作中进行实地调查。在对众多案例进行筛选的基础之上，运用归纳、分析与推理法、定性和定量结合的研究方法对目前校园安全管理问题做出深入剖析，总结出影响校园安全的主要因素，构建指标体系，确立校园安全模糊综合评价模型。 最后，本文结合理论研究和实证分析，对完善校园安全管理方面提出了一定的建议，为制定防范措施和管理决策提供科学依据，使校园安全评价模型的理论价值与实践意义得到真正实现。 关键词：校园安全；安全评价；“成才”不“成人” Abstract Since 2010, with the deepening of Chinas reform of colleges and universities in recent years, the higher education and the trend of progress, safety management problems of college students are more and more attention by the whole society, development in the period of social transformation, the factors affecting college security also emerge in an endless stream. In recent years, the enrollment expansion, and adapt to the student, also presents the multi-level, this makes the unsafe factors in universities more grow with each passing day. College students talent is not adult, become a major disease of domestic higher education. With the development of science and technology and the improvement of peoples living standard, more and more scholars ways to solve this problem in the research of the. The university campus safety events since 2013 are hot, these security events is of course by many factors the result of joint action, which includes the school safety management team problems, students themselves safe literacy problems, university management system problems, social and environmental problems etc.. First, elaborated the definition, the safety assessment of the principle, procedure and other related concepts, on the safety assessment of several main methods are introduced. Secondly, this thesis takes the university security as the starting point,
