摘要历史文化名城旅游可持续发展评价及其发展策略研究——以洛阳市为例摘要改革开放三十年来，经济高速发展，城市化进程不断加快，大规模城市旅游开发建设导致历史文化名城文化遗产的破坏、城市特色的丧失与城市文化的趋同，同时，旅游需求的大众化演变和旅游市场膨胀的趋势逐渐明显，旅游文化保护的压力也变得日益显著。因此，既要进行历史文化名城的遗产保护，又要进行城市人文旅游的开发，旅游可持续发展成为一种趋势和必需，针对于此，我们亟需一种评价系统来引导中国历史文化名城的旅游可持续发展。截至目前，我国对旅游可持续发展评价有了初步研究，研究领域主要是针对区域范围或者是普适于所有城市的评价，并没有针对性。历史文化名城旅游地由于其独特的旅游资源特征和旅游环境特征成为开展人文旅游的重要载体，因此，构建一套完整的历史文化名城旅游可持续发展评价指标体系来规范当前的人文旅游市场，有着举足轻重的作用。本论文首先阐述、分析并总结国内外关于旅游可持续发展评价指标以及相应关于历史文化名城旅游发展的研究文献。接着，在论文的核心部分，提出了历史文化名城旅游可持续发展评价综合指标体系，并对各指标的具体含义进行阐述，同时利用层次分析法确定各指标的权重，并结合历史文化名城旅游可持续发展评价综合指标体系，提出了历史文化名城旅游可持续发展的三大核心矛盾，并提出解决矛盾的策略。然后，在论文实践论证部分，通过对河南省洛阳市进行实证分析，重点论证历史文化名城旅游评价综合指标体系的可行性与必要性，发现目前的不足，并提出可持续发展的对策，从而使历史文化名城旅游可持续发展综合评价有章可循。最后，在论文总结与展望部分，提出本论文的主要研究成果、存在的不足与缺憾以及对未来的展望，为后续研究提供一个借鉴与参考。关键词：历史文化名城；旅游可持续发展；评价指标体系；洛阳ThesustainabletourismevaluationanddevelopmentstrategyresearchontheHistoricalandCulturalCitiesacasestudyoftheLuoyangcityAbstractWiththepast30yearsofreformandopeningup，high-speedeconomicdevelopments，acceleratingtheprocessofurbanizationandlarge-scaleurbanconstructionledtothedevelopmentoftourism，andalsocausethehistoricalculturaldestructionoftheculturalheritageofthecity,thelossofacityscharacterandtheconvergenceofurbanculture．Itisapopularphenomenonformoreandmorepeopletogooutforatripandthetrendbecameclear,thepressuretoprotectbecamemoreandmoreobvious．Itisnecessarytoprotectthehistoricalandculturalrelics，andalsopromoteurbanculturaltourismdevelopment，tourismsustainabledevelopmentbecometendencyandnecessarily．SoweshouldsetupacomprehensiveevaluationsystemtoleadtheHistoricalandCulturalCitiesofsustainabletourismdevelopment．Uptonow,wehavedementresearchonChinastourismsustainabledevelopmentevaluation．Andtheresearchfieldsconcentratedonareglonallikeacommoncity,SOthetargetofresearchisnotclear．TheHistoricalandCulturalCities，becauseofitsuniquecharacteristicsofresourceandenvironment，istheimportantculturaltourismcarrier．IthasveryimportantrolethatsettingupacomprehensiveoftheHistoricalandCulturalCitiestopatternthemarkettoday．Thispaperfirstlyexpatiates
