摘要本文通过构建“激励—投资—吸收”的理论研究框架来分析我国市场化改革进程中不完善的市场经济体制下的对外直接投资逆向技术溢出效应，发现改革时期的中国仍不具备足够健全而有效的市场经济体制，逆向技术溢出效应的发挥很可能受到强有力的制约。在实证研究上，利用2003—2012年中国省际面板数据，在国际RD溢出回归方法的基础上，从全国维度和地区维度检验了我国对外直接投资的逆向技术溢出，发现逆向技术溢出效应在全国层面上尚未体现出来，但存在显著的地区差异，积极的逆向技术溢出仅发生在市场化程度较高的东中部地区。接下来构建面板门槛回归模型实证检验了经济市场化对中国对外直接投资逆向技术溢出效应的影响。研究结果表明，以对外直接投资为渠道的国际技术溢出存在基于市场化水平的门槛特征，当地区的市场化程度跨越一定的门槛水平时，对外直接投资才能显著促进全要素生产率的增长。通过进一步将全要素生产率分解为技术进步与效率变化，可以发现经济市场化影响逆向技术溢出效应的具体传导机制：对外直接投资的逆向技术进步效应存在“低市场化水平陷阱”，逆向效率改进效应存在“高市场化红利衰退”特征，两种效应交替占据主导地位，共同推动我国全要素生产率的增长。因此，政府应根据地区市场化水平的不同而采取差异性的对外直接投资政策、深化市场经济体制改革以有效推动生产率的提升。关键词：对外直接投资；逆向技术溢出；市场化；门槛特征IAbstractByconstructingincentive-investment-absorptionresearchframework,thispapertheoreticallyanalyzesthereversetechnologyspillovereffectofoutwardFDIintheconditionofimperfectmarketmechanism,andthendrawsaconclusionthatreversetechnologyspillovereffecthasprobablybeenconstrainedduetothelackofsoundandefficientmarketmechanism.Intheempiricalstudy,usingtheprovincialpaneldatafrom2003to2012inChina，thispaperstudiesthereversetechnologyspillovereffectofoutwardFDIbasedontheregressionmodelofinternationalRDspillover,andfindsthatthereisnotsignificantreversetechnologyspillovereffectinChina,andthepositivereversetechnologyspilloveroccursonlyintheeasternandcentralregionswithahigherdegreeofmarketization.Inaddition,theresultsofthepanelthresholdregressionmodelwiththethresholdvariablesofmarketizationlevelsshowthatreversetechnologyspillovereffectofoutwardFDIhasthethresholdcharacteristicbasedonthelevelofmarketization,andthepositivereversetechnologyspilloveroccursonlywhenthedegreesofmarketizationexceedsomecertainthresholdlevels.Onthetransmissionmechanismofmarketizationinfluencingreversetechnologyspillovereffect,thereversetechnical-progresseffectofoutwardFDIiseasytofallintoalow-marketization-leveltrap,andthereverseefficiency-advancedeffectwoulddeclineduetotheextremelyhighlevelofmarketization.ThesetwoeffectsarealternatelydominanttoimprovethetotalfactorproductivityofChina.Therefore，inordertoimprovetheproductivity，thego
