AbstractMulti-groupmodelshavebeenproposedtodescribethetransmissiondynamicalofinfectiousdiseaseinheterogeneouspopulations.Itdividesthehostpopulationintondistinctsubgroup.Everyinfectiousindividualineverysubgroupcaninfecttheeverysusceptibleindividualbyaproperty.Everysubgroupishomogeneitythatistheindividualinthesamesubgrouphasthesamecontactandrecoverrate.Inthispaper,weinvestigateamulti-groupepidemicmodelwithdistributeddelayandageneralincidencefunctions.First,weinvestigatethedynamicalbehaviorofthedelayfunctionalequations.First,anexplicitestimationof?0basedonthebasicreproductionofsub-group?0kcanbeshowed,whichindicatesthatignoringtheheterogeneityofmulti-grouptypemayleadtoanunderestimationofthebasicreproductionratio.ThenbythemethodsofconstructingtheLyapunovfunctional,thegraph-theoreticapproachforlarge-scalesystemsanduniformpersistencetheory,theglobaldynamicsofthesystembasedonthebasicreproductionnumber?0canbeobtained.Morespecifically,if?0??1,thenthedisease-freeequilibriumisgloballyattracting,anditmeansthatthediseasewilldieout;if?0??1,thentheuniqueinfectionequilibriumexistsandgloballyattractively,anditmeansthatthediseasewillpersistentexistineverysub-group.Duetoeverysuspectedhasalowpositivebounded,thenifthereexistasub-group,suchthatthediseasefree,thenthediseasewillextinguishinallsubgroup.Atlast,weconsiderthemodelintwo-groupcasewithlimitedvaccineresourceswiththepurposeofconstructingtheoptimaldistributionstrategybetweenthetwogroups.Bytheimplicationofthebasicreproductionrateinbiology,thestandardwechoosetochoosethestrategyistomakethebasicreproductionratiogettheminimalwiththevarietyofdistributionratio??.Therearesometheoreticalresults.Itsuggeststhattheoptimaldistributionstrategiesmaychangedramaticallyduetothevarianceofheterogeneity.Keywords:Multi-groupepidemicmodel;Nonlinearincidence；Lyapunovfunctional;Graph-theoretical目录摘要...............................................................................................................................IAbstract..........................
