考虑退化的医疗设备调度问题研究摘 要随着成像技术的高速发展和人们健康意识的不断提升，人们对于 各类医疗检查的需求日益增加。因此，如何合理安排患者的检查顺序， 已经成为医疗服务机构管理研究中的热点问题。另外，医疗设备也早 已经被广泛应用于各类医疗检查的过程中。如果医疗设备的可靠性不 高，不仅会对医疗服务机构在经济上造成十分重大的损失，更可能会 直接危及到患者的生命安全。因此，对医疗设备进行定期的预防性维 护，既能有效地提高医疗设备的可靠性和使用寿命，又能保障医疗医 疗检查的正常进行。医院的患者检查就诊安排调度问题可以通过效仿传统工业领域 的单机调度问题进行建模和求解。本文研究了一台医疗设备环境下， 同时考虑固定周期维护且维护时间可变的恶化维护，目标函数分别为 最小化滞后医疗检查数量和最小化最大医疗检查滞后时间的调度问 题。本文首先给出了混合整数规划数学模型来描述该问题，然后根据 目标函数的不同分别提出了相关的数学定理和最优解性质，并在此基 础上分别提出了基于 Moore 算法的三阶段启发式算法和基于 EDD 规 则的改进算法，最后通过一系列实验，将启发式算法得到的计算结果 与其他算法以及商业运筹学软件 CPLEX 进行比较，证明了两种启发 式算法在相应的问题上都能在较短的运算时间内获得较好的优化解。关键词：医疗调度；单机调度；退化维护；最小化滞后数量；最小化最大滞后时间Study on Patient Scheduling Problem with Medical Device Maintenance and Variable Maintenance DurationABSTRACTWith the development of imaging technology and the enhancement of people’s health awareness ， the demands for various health examinations have been increasing for a long time. Therefore, how to appropriately determine the sequence of examinations has attracted the attention of the management of healthcare services providers. In addition, medical devices have been largely applied in the process of health examination. If the reliability of medical devices is low, it will not only cause serious economic losses, but also negatively influence the health status of the patients. Therefore, the reliability of the medical devices can be increased and the service quality can be assured by performing preventive maintenances periodically.Patient scheduling problem can be solved by following the approach to the single-machine scheduling problem in the industry fields. In this paper, we consider a single medical device scheduling problem with the objective of minimizing the number of tardy examination and minimizing the maximum examination tardiness for a case in which periodic maintenance activities should be performed and the duration of eachmaintenance activity is variable, i.e. deteriorating maintenance.
