AbstractTranscatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) has been recognized as the preferred therapy for middle-advanced liver cancer. Usually, vascular contrast agents and Vascular embolic agents play an important role among it. Temperature sensitive nanogel has been studied well for the embolization therapy of liver cancer in our previous works. On this basis, Gold Nanoparticles (GNPs), with unique optical properties as well as excellent X-ray attenuation, are introduced into the Temperature sensitive nanogel. Besides, influences of the size, shape and surface morphology of GNPs on the sol- gel Transition of Temperature sensitive nanogel is studied. What’s more, the sol- gel phase transition behavior of the gold nanogel is investigated in the aspects of micro-aggregation morphology, Transformation, Thermodynamic and Rheology.Details are as follows:Synthesis of GNPs with various sizes and morphologies. Size distribution, optical characters and miro- morphology are investigated.Synthesis of the core-shell gold nanogel, investigation in the effects oftemperature on the size and micro- morphology.Studies on the sol- gel phase transition behavior of the gold nanogel high-concentration dispersion and its opacification.Key word: GNPs, gold nanogel, X-ray attenuation, phase transition目录摘要 ....................................................................................................
