摘 要
厚煤层综放工作面护巷煤柱是保护回采巷道的关键措施之一,综放开采区段煤柱宽 度的合理留设问题亟需进一步研究。
本文以同煤集团塔山煤矿 8208 及 8210 工作面为工程背景,以现场实测得到的数据 为依据,采用离散元软件(UDEC)进行数值模拟。首先模拟综放面煤矸石冒落后采空区 未充满(1m、2m、3m)的情况,得到不同采动程度(静态及考虑动载)影响下,综放 工作面开采后侧向支承压力分布规律,验证了在采空区与工作面回风顺槽之间留设 28m 煤柱的可行性。在此基础上,应用 UDEC 动力分析功能,模拟“对头、相向施工”时, 相邻综放面采动影响下的回风顺槽受力和位移变化情况。动载以余弦应力波形式施加在 采空区上部未充满空间的底部边界和左侧边界处。根据模拟监测结果,分析研究相同支 护方案下,煤柱尺寸变化时,回风顺槽的变形程度。同时,在 8210 回风顺槽布置一套 矿压观测系统,以观测相邻的 8208 工作面一次采动影响下,现状 38m 区段煤柱的应力 分布及巷道变形规律。最后,通过综合分析,提出 28m 是比较合理的护巷煤柱尺寸。

ABSTRACT
The chain pillar of the thick coal seam fully-mechanized face is one of the key measures for protecting actual mining roadway. The reasonable setting of chain pillar width must be further study.
In this paper taking TaShan coal mine 8208 and 8210 working face as the engineering background; using the data obtained from the field measurement as the basis, the discrete element software (UDEC) is used for numerical simulation. First the situation of goaf unfilled (1m, 2m, 3m) after coal gangue falling of fully mechanized caving face is simulated, abutment pressure distribution characteristies after fully-mechanized caving face mining witn different mining degree (static and dynamic load) is obtained, the feasibility of 28m coal pillar between goaf and working face return air laneway is verifed. On this basis, with UDEC dynamic analysis function, return air laneway force and displacement variation under the influence of adjacent fully mechanized face mining for “construction in opposite directions” is simulated. Dynamic load is appled on the bottom boundary and the left border of goaf unfilled space with cosine stress wave form. By simulation monitoring results, the deformation degree of return air laneway is analyzed, with the same support scheme and the different pillar sizes. Meanwhile, the mine pressure observation system is arranged in 8210 return air laneway, which is used for observing stress distribution and roadway deformation law
