AbstractWiththeeconomicdevelopment,theurbantransportsystemwastakensomuchpressure.Theoldcitydistrictwithfragiletrafficinfrastructurewhichisimpactedbythetorrentofvehicles,gaveitsdynamictraffictremendouspress,andtheweakthestatictrafficsystemhavebeenbrokenaswell.Thispaperwillanalysistherelatedfeaturesoftheoldcitydistrictdiverseways,includingthelandusing,thepopulation,thebusinessconditions,thebuildingintensiveandtrafficsituationswhichisdifferentwiththecharacteristicsoftheotherarea.Bycollectingandanalyzingtheparkingcharacteristicswhichisinvestigatedinsomeoldcitydistrict,torevealthedriver’sparkingcharacteristicsinoldcitydistrict,andfoundoutthedifferenceoftheparkingcharacteristicsbetweentheoldcitydistrictandtheotherarea.Basedonthosecharacteristicsandthecurrentparkingsituationofoldcitydistrict,weexcavatethereasonontheparkingphenomenonintheoldcitydistrict.Refertotheinternationaladvancedsolvingstrategiesonparkingproblem,consideritsindustrialization,landarea,thepopulationdensity,thecardevelopmentpolicyandsoon,analyzingitsbackgroundbasedonparkingsupply,distribution,chargeandmanagement.Discussingthisfromthreelevels:inmacro,neutralandmicroviewandselectingsomestrategywhichissuitableforthelandusingandtrafficconditionsintheoldcitydistrict,suchastrafficdemandmanagement,multiformparkingtype,trafficimpactanalysisandextraancillaryparkingfacilities.Takingthosestrategiesasaguidanceonsolvingtheparkingproblems.Basedonthoseresult,taketheoldcitydistrictinHuangshiasanexample.weproposedthesolutionsabouttheparkingproblemssystematically,whichprovidedtheguidanceandreferenceforothercitiestosolvetheparkingproblemsintheoldcitydistrict.Keywords:oldcitydistrict;parkingproblems;strategiesandsolutions目录摘要...................................................................................................................IAbstract...........................................................................................................II1绪论1.1研究背景...............................................................
