AbstractSince 1990, the end of the cold war, Egypts political development appeared two obvious turning. The first occurred in the period from 2005 to 2007. With the amendments to the constitution, the social nature of Egypts changed which is no longer a socialist country. The second occurred had happened in 2011 February, Mubarak. All of the political parties on the Egyptian future political development direction have different views, conflicts and disputes are still not fully subsided; but it is foreseeable, transition period after the completion of Egypt will have with the earlier period completely different road.From the end of the cold war to 2004, the political development of Egypt was the first turning point in gestation period, the political environment in a relatively stable state. Because of changes in the international environment and regional instability, former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak has taken a series of reform measures to promote the political development of Egypt, to solve the domestic political conflict. The most important aspect is the exploration of the political development of Egypt. According to the analysis of the system functional theory of Gabriel Almond, the most important content in the construction of Egyptian politics system is Egyptian citizen consciousness to participate in political activities to strengthen gradually, national institutions function continuously improved, civil society began to form a complete system, and so on.
