SurfacetreatmentandadhesionpropertyresearchofvulcanizednaturalrubberABSTRACTNaturalrubberhasgoodelasticity,mediumresistanceandabrasiveresistance.Asaresult,itisusedinmanyfieldssuchastireindustry,automobileparts,rubberovershoes,electronics,aerospace,nationaldefenseandsoon.However,naturalrubberisnonpolar,whichmakesitbadlyadheredtopolarmaterials,takepolyurethanematerialsforexample.Asrubbercompositematerialsbeingwidelyusedinfieldsoftire,automobilepartsandsoon,theadhesionbetweenrubbercompositematerialsandothermaterialshasbecomeanimportantissue.Therearemainlytwomethodstoimprovetheinterfaceadhesivestrengthofnonpolarrubbercompositematerials,onewayisthetreatmentofrubbersurface,i.e.introducingactivegroupsintothesurfaceinordertoimprovethewettabilityoftherubber,whichisgoodforadhesivestopermeate,wettingandtoproducechemicalbonds;theothermethodismodifiedadhesives,i.e.introducinggroupsthatcanproducechemicalbondswithadheredmaterialsviachangingthecompositionsofadhesivesinordertoimprovetheadhesiveproperty.Inthispapersulfuricacidsolution,chlorosacidsolution,chloramine-Tsolutionwereusedtotreatvulcanizednaturalrubberinordertoimprovetheadhesivepropertywithcastedpolyurethane.TheinfluencesofdisposingtimeanddisposingsolutionconcentrationonthesurfaceadhesivepropertyofvulcanizednaturalrubberwerestudiedviaT-pealstrengthtest,SEM,FTIR,EDXandsoon.Theresultshowedthat:chemicaltreatmentmethodcouldimprovethesurfacetopographyandchemicalpropertiesofnaturalrubbersurface,whichwasgoodforimprovingtheadhesivestrength,thentheadhesivepropertyofnaturalrubberwasabletobeenhanced.Keywords:Naturalrubber(NR),polyurethane(PU),Surfacetreatment,Adhesionstrength目录第一章绪论1.1前言...............................................................11.2聚合物的表面处理方法...............................................11.3二烯烃类橡胶的表面处理方法.........................................21.3.1丁苯橡胶（SB/SBS）表面改性方法21.3.2天然橡胶表面处理方法...........................................81.4粘接机理..........................................................121.5粘接接头受力类型及力学指标.....
