含呋喃唑酮四联10天疗法用于初次幽门螺杆菌治疗临床观察 　　[摘要] 目的 寻找一种根除率高、耐药率低、副作用少、费用低、适合基层的用于初次的幽门螺杆菌根除疗法。 方法 对116例Hp阳性病例，初次治疗用四联治疗法方案：雷贝拉唑10 mg bid+枸椽酸铋钾220 mg bid+阿莫西林1.0g bid+呋喃唑酮0.1 g bid，疗程10 d，疗程结束后再次查Hp；对照组85例，PPI标准三联7 d疗法[PPI（奥美拉唑20 mg）+克拉霉素（0.5g bid）+甲硝唑（0.4 g bid）/阿莫西林（1.0g bid）]。 结果 疗程结束后查Hp阴性者109例，根除率96.5%（109/113），轻度不良反应21.6％，总不良反应率为24.1%，对照组根除率81.2%。 结论 含呋喃唑酮的四联方案有较高的根除率，费用低，大多患者能完成疗程，该方案值得推广。 　　[关键词] 呋喃唑酮；幽门螺杆菌 　　[中图分类号] R573 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2012）02-0143-02 　　 　　Containing furazolidone quadruple 10 days therapy for the initial treatment of Helicobacter pylori clinical observation 　　ZHU Zhitai WU Ximing LIU Guoliang XIONG Yanyan ZHU Binhua ZHENG Yaochu ZHU Guofu XU Ningjian 　　Department of Gastroenterology，Yingtan Peoples Hospital of Jiangxi Province，Yingtan 335000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To find a high eradication rate, low resistance rate, less side effect, low cost, suitable for the basic for initial Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy. Methods All of 116 cases of Hp positive cases, initial treatment with quadruple therapy regimen: ray Bella with 10mg bid + bismuth potassium citrate 220 mg bid + amoxicillin 1.0 g bid + furazolidone 0.1 g bid, course of treatment was 10 days, after the end of treatment to check Hp; 85 cases in the control group, PPI standard triple therapy [PPI 7 days (20 mg clarithromycin omeprazole) + (clanthromycin 0.5g bid) + metronidazole (0.4g bid)/amoxicillin (1g bid) ]. Results After the end of treatment to check Hp negative in 109 cases, the eradication rate of 96.5% (109/113), mild adverse reactions of 21.6%, the total rate of adverse reactions of 24.1%, controls the eradication rate of 81.2%.
