循证护理在CT 增强扫描检查患者中效果观察 　　[摘要] 目的：探讨循证护理在CT 增强扫描检查患者中的护理效果。方法：选取2009年1月~2011年6月于本院进行CT 增强扫描检查的140例患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组（常规护理组）70例和观察组（循证护理组）70例，后将两组患者的不良情绪发生率、检查配合度及患者满意度进行统计及评估。结果：两组患者均顺利完成检查，观察组不良情绪发生率低于对照组，检查配合度及患者满意率均优于对照组，P均＜0.05，差异均有统计学意义。结论：循证护理在CT 增强扫描检查患者中的护理效果较常规护理具有明显的优势，对于改善患者的配合度及满意度均有明显的作用。 　　[关键词] 循证护理；CT 增强扫描；不良情绪；护理效果 　　[中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] C [文章编号] 1674-4721（2011）12（b）-143-02 　　 　　The observation on the effect of evidence-based nursing in patients checked with enhanced CT scanning 　　WANG Shixiu 　　Department of CT， General Hospital of Liaoyuan Coal Mining Group， Jilin Province, Liaoyuan 136201, China 　　[Abstract] Objective: To study the nursing effect of evidence-based nursing in patients checked with enhanced CT scanning. Methods: One hundred and forty patients were checked with enhanced CT scanning in our hospital from January 2009 to June 2011 who were selected as research object, and they were randomly divided into control group (routine nursing group)70 cases and observation group (evidence-based nursing group) 70 cases, then the incidence of unhealthy emotion, cooperation degree of check and satisfaction degree of two groups were analyzed and evaluated. Results: The patients of two groups were all checked successfully, the incidence of unhealthy emotion of observation group was lower than that of control group, cooperation degree of check and satisfaction degree were both better than those of control group，all P＜0.05, there were all significant differences. Conclusion: The evidence-based nursing in patients checked with enhanced CT scanning has more obvious advantage than routine nursing, and it plays an important role in improving the cooperation degree of check and satisfaction degree of patients. 　　[Key words] Evidence-based nursing; Enhanced CT scanning; Unhealthy emotion; Nursing effect 　　 　　CT 增强扫描检查是在CT平面扫描??础上的强化性检查，其为经静脉注射水溶性有机碘后进行扫描，从而强化对比，以便于更清楚地显示病变[1]。而护理在此过程中对患者的影响也不可小觑。本文中笔者就循证护理在CT 增强扫描检查患者中的护理效果进行观察，现将结果总结报道如下： 　　1 资料与方
