Its main purpose is to a business owned by the people, money, materials, information, time and space resources for the overall balance and optimize the overall global market-oriented management, coordinating a management departments, focus on market-oriented business activities, making enterprises in the fierce market competition, the ability to play an all-round way so as to achieve value for money. The present informationization in Chinas enterprises has to face obstacles that are difficult to be tackled traditionally, such as competent talents and captain shortage. Theyre obviously impossible to be tackled, therefore, measurements like ERP are desired, which has been considered as globally integrated process for informationization and appears to be effective for enterprises improvement. Analasis and study on the application and practice including introduction to the conception of ERP and informationization as well as their development abroad are introduced based
