基于供应链的跨组织流程重组研究 基于供应链的跨组织流程重组研究 中文摘要 中文摘要 随着企业之间的竞争逐渐上升为所在供应链之间的竞争，供应链上的跨组织交流与合作变得日益频繁与复杂，供应链企业之间的跨组织流程重组成为PBR理论有待研究的全新领域。本文在梳理学者关于供应链和业务流程重组研究成果的基础上，根据供应链的实际特点，采用理论探讨和理论建模的方法，对供应链上的跨组织流程重组的内涵进行了重新界定，认为供应链上的跨组织流程重组的实质在于理顺节点企业的交互流程，从而顺畅供应链上的物流、资金流和信息流，达到大幅度提升供应链绩效的目的，使企业在共赢中获得竞争优势。文章还利用系统论观点指出，供应链的功能取决于节点企业内部流程和内部流程之间的交互方式，即跨组织流程，并建立了数学模型创新性的对跨组织流程重组的必要性进行了数学解读。进一步，文章给出了供应链上跨组织流程重组的一般路径，并对诸如如何选择重组合作伙伴、如何构建跨组织重组团队、如何构建合作的利益平衡及冲突解决机制等难点问题进行了初步探讨。最后，文章指出跨组织流程重组必须以观念变革为起点，沿流程创新和技术创新两个维度出发，才能达到大幅度提升合作群体绩效的重组目的。 关键词：跨组织流程重组 供应链 重组路径 合作机制 冲突解决机制 观念变革 技术匹配 作 者：朱才军 指导老师：魏文斌 I Research o ganizational -orInterBusiness Process Reengineering Based on Supply Chain Abstract Research on Inter-organizational Business Process Reengineering Based on Supply Chain Abstract As the competition between eprnitsers ed lvevointo then petitiocombetween ylppus sniahc yeht ,ni sa eht-roretni lanoitazinag noinummocingb ecomore mand plex, comthe research of gani-orinterzational business process reengineering ganizational -or(InterBPR) ing becoma new study area of BPR . theoryThis dissertation, desab no eht hcraeser noitcudorp fo RPB dnasupply chain, re-defined the connotation of ganizational -orInterR, PBusing the etmhod of theory discussing and modeling.
