大跨度上承式钢桁拱桥拱肋吊装及动力研究-study on hoisting and dynamic of arch rib of long-span steel truss arch bridge
摘要随着桥梁技术的发展,桥梁正在向大跨径、轻型化的方向发展,钢拱桥以其强劲的力度感、优美的曲线造型在大跨径拱桥中赢得了一席之地。本文以正在建造的重庆大宁河特大桥为工程背景,进行了拱肋吊装仿真分析;成桥阶段结构自振特性分析;匀速移动荷载过桥及跳车的冲击瞬态动力分析。具体地说,本文主要进行了以下几个方面的工作:①根据设计图纸中结构构件的几何特性和材料特性,探讨了模型中结构构件的模拟、质量的模拟以及边界条件的模拟,建立了大宁河特大桥的三维空间有限元模型。②采用前进分析法对大宁河特大桥进行施工阶段的仿真分析,在建模中引入了“激活”和“钝化”技术,得到了主要控制点的位移、临时扣索的初始张拉力以及各施工阶段扣索的索力,证明了该桥采用悬臂施工方案是可行的。③大宁河特大桥动力性能分析。首先进行了成桥阶段的结构自振特性分析,并分析了拱肋刚度、支承条件及桥面板刚度等对自振特性的影响;然后把车辆荷载简化为一集中力作用于桥面板中心进行匀速移动荷载过桥的动力分析以及冲击荷载的瞬态动力分析。匀速移动荷载过桥的动力分析结果表明,随着移动荷载速度的增大,主拱圈挠度及内力放大系数也随之增加。冲击荷载在跨中及1/4跨的瞬态动力分析结果表明,当桥面不平整引起过桥车辆跳车时对桥跨结构的变形及结构内力极为不利,在设计中应予以足够的重视。关键词:钢拱桥,仿真分析,自振特性,动力响应;匀速移动荷载;冲击荷载ABSTRACTWi
