AbstractAsthedevelopmentofvariousapplicationsbasedonsocialnetworksandtrafficnetworks,large-scalegraphprocessinghasbecomeincreasinglypopular.Butbecausethescaleofgraphissobigthatshortestdistancequerybecomeschallenging,includingthestorageofgraph,therequirementofqueryefficiency.Asweallknow,thedevelopmentofcloudcomputingtechnologyhasbeencloselyassociatedwithlarge-scaledataprocessing.Sousingthecloudcomputingenvironmentonthelarge-scalegraphdataprocessingisapotentialdirectionofdevelopment.Inrecentyears,Hadoopisatypicalrepresentative.Andwecouldmakeourresearchofdistancequeryonthelarge-scalegraphusingHadoop.Thispapermakesaresearchontheshortestpathqueryongraphsbasedoncloudcomputingandpracticalapplications.First,weproposeanunprecedenteddistributedscheme,referredtoasD-Floyd,foransweringdistancequeriesonalargegraph.WeimplementthisschemeonthedistributedplatformofHadoop.WemainlyusethetoolsofMapReduceandHDFS.Second,wemakesomeoptimizationusingHaLoop,adistributedsystemdevelopedfromHadoop.AndwemakearesearchontheincrementalalgorithmaboutD-Floyd.Wedefinethestatesof“bounded”and“unbounded”,andproposepartialincrementalalgorithmandcompleteincrementalalgorithm.ThenweproposeadistributedschemecalledD-BFStoqueryshortestpathbasedonBFSonun-weightedgraph.Atlast,wecarryonaseriesofexperiments.AdetailedexperimentalevaluationonbothsyntheticandrealdatasetsdemonstratesthatD-Floydperformsmuchbetterthanexistingstate-of-the-artserialalgorithmsNaiveHCL,OptHCL-2andBSC2Hop.Andonun-weightedgraph,D-BFSisbetterthanD-Floyd.D-FloydandD-BFSprovidebetterresponsetime,adaptabilityandflexibility,theoreticallyandempirically.Ourschemecouldbeappliedtoverylargegraphswithbillionsofvertexesbasedonsocialnetworkandtrafficnetworkandsoon.Moreover,weknowthatprocessinglarge-scalegraphondistributedsystemisasignificantresearchwithveryimportantactualmeaning.Keywords:D-Floyd;D-BFS;Distancequery;Distributedcomputing目录摘要IAbstractII第1章绪论11.1研究背景11.2国内外研究现状22-Hop标签与HCL算法4Path-Oracle算法61.2.3云计算在图结构上的应用研究71.3本文主要研究内容101.4本文组织结构10第2章基于Hadoop的算
