AbstractPeopleoftenfacesomedecisionproblemsandneedtomakeachoiceontheseissues.Whendecisionproblemspeopleconfrontedareverycomplicated,it’sdifficulttomakecorrectchoicesdirectlydependingonindividualsubjectivejudgments,soweneedtoanalyzedecisionproblemsandprovidedecisionsupportinformationtodecision-makersbyscientificdecision-makingmethods.TheAnalyticHierarchyProcess(AHP)isascientificdecision-makingmethod,whichimplementsacombinationofqualitativeanalysisandquantitativeanalysisandisverysuitableforsemi-structuredorunstructureddecisionproblems.Soitnotonlyprovidesagoodsupportforoptimalordinalarrangementofsuchdecision-makingproblems，butalsohasthecharacteristicsofsimplicityandpracticality.Butasthewidelyusedinthefieldofdecisionproblems,thedrawbackisgraduallyrevealed.ThispaperintroducesanoverviewofAHPandimprovesitintwoaspectsofAHP.Themaincontentsincludethreepartsasfollows.Firstly,thispaperintroducesanimprovedmethodofAHP——GroupAnalyticHierarchyProcess,analyzestheadvantagesofGAHP,andproposesanoptimizedmethodforinconsistencypair-wisecomparisonmatrix,whichinputbydecision-makers,toimprovetheconsistencyofpair-wisecomparisonmatrix.Secondly,thispaperproposeanewimprovedAHP——CloudModelAnalyticNetworkProcess.Itincorporatescloudmodeltheoryintoanalyticnetworkprocessandrealizesconversionfromquantitativetoqualitativeinanalyticnetworkprocessthroughreversecloudgeneratorofcloudmodeltheory.Notonlyitenrichestheanalytichierarchyprocessinmodelstructure,butalsotheintegrationofthecloudmodeltheoryisabletobuild-updecision-makingintentofanumberofdecision-makersandreflectthefuzzinessandrandomnessinprocessofassessment.Finally,thesetwomethodsaretakenasthemainevaluationalgorithms,supplementedbyotherseveralevaluationalgorithms,asetofsoftwarefortheassistanceevaluationsystembasedonB/Sframeworkaredeveloped,satisfiesusersrequirementofevaluationalgorithmdiversity,andhasthecharacteristicsofdistributionbecauseoftheimplementationofB/Sframework;Assistedassessmentevaluationsystemadoptsthebrowserastheinteractioninterface,so
