Clinical characteristics of patients after radical prostatectomy for Prostate cancer: a clinical analysis between Gleason score 3+ 4 and Gleason score 4+ 3。ABSTRACTObject:Radical prostatectomy postoperative Gleason score of 3+4 and 4+3 two groups of clinical data analysis to explore the difference of two groups of clinicalfeatures and PSA recurrence，and analyzes the influencing factors of PSA recurrence .Medthods: The clinical records of patients who underwent radical retropubic prostatectomy in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Fifty- one patients with a Gleason score of 7 after operation were divided into two groups, Gleason score 3+ 4 group and Gleason score 4+ 3 group . Kaplan- Meier method was used to compare the progression-free survival curves, the log-rank test single factor analysis was used to screen prognostic factors affecting radical prostatectomy .It further classified independent prognosis factors in the Cox proportional risk regression multivariate analysis and compare the prognosis of the two groupsResults:1.Initially screened by univariate analysis the prognosis after radical prostatectomy influential six factors : the rates of extraprostatic extension , seminal vesicle invasion , surgical margin positive rates , GS 7 typing , clinical stages,endocrine pharmacotherapy . Patients age , preoperative serum PSA , prostate volume,surgical approach , the surgeon , five factors were excluded because of P 0. 05 . Cox regression model showed that GS 7 typing , rates of extraprostatic extension , surgical margin status radical postoperative independent prognostic factors affect prostate cancer was independent factors of prognosis ( P=0.020 , P=0.017 , P=0.027 ) .2.There was statistical difference in the progression-free survival curves between GS 3+4 and GS 4+3 groups ( P =0. 026) .
