AbstractPlasmadescalingtechnologyemergedinthe80softhelastcentury,Itsakindofcleantechnologyandwaspayedattentionbymetallurgicalcompanyofinandoutofcountry.Plasmadescalingtechnologystartedlaterinchina,Atpresent,theApplicationofuniversalwastraditionalcleaningmethodsinmetallurgicalindustry,thesemethodshadSeriouspollution,highenergyconsumptionandpoorcleaning.DevelopmentofplasmadescalingtechnologywasInfavorofreducingpullutiontoenvironmentandimprovingtheworkingenvironmentofworkers;anditwasalsoinfavorofbreakingtheinternationalmonopoly,improvetheinternationalcompetitiveneofchainasmetallurgicalcompany.Inthispaper,adevicewhichwasusedincleaninginnersufaceofdrillpipewasdesigned,itsstructurewassimpleancostedlowanddescaledefficiencily.Atdesiningthedeviceofdescaling,someprocessparametersneededtobeconsidered,forexample,descalingcurrent、sourcevoltageofconstantcurrent、movementspeedofdescalingunit、electrodenumberandminimumbreakdownvoltage.Inthispaper,themechanismofplasmadescalinginvacuumwasreserched,whichbasedonexplosivecentremodel.themathematicalmodelofremovingoxidelayerwasestablishedaccordingtothegeneralnatureofthevacuumarc.TheresultshowedthatspeedofremovingoxidelayerwasInverselyProportionaltodescalingcurrent,andwasalsodirectlyproportionaltothenumberofgraphiteelectrode.Thisisconsistentwiththefacts.Thephysicalcharacteristicsofvacuumbreakdownhavebeenstudiedinthispaper,andtheplasmaarcrequiredaminimumbreakdownvoltageiscalculatedbyusingthecriterionofthevacuumbreakdown.Byreserchingthepipesizeandgeometricaccuracy、thenumberofdynamicsealingandthelocationofdynamicsealing,fourschemeswereputforward.Comparingwithfeasibility、complexityofthestructuralandeconomyoffourschemes,decidingtouseoverallseals,rope-wheeldriveasdescalingdevicesdesignschemes.designingastructureofcalibrationwheelwhichwasimportanttosupportandpretensiondrillpipe.Themechanicalproperties、adaptperformancetochangeradiusandofobstaclinghasbeenanalysised,theresultsshewthatthedesignofthecalibrationwheelhadSuperiorabilityobstaclingandhasagoo
