Studyontheinfluenceofresidualcopperinsteeltothehot-workingperformanceofsteelABSTRACTThemainoriginofresidualcopperinsteelswasexpoundedinthisthesis.Theenrichmentpower,penetratingboundaryanddistributingregularitiesbetweenbaseandoxidedlayerduringthecourseofsurface-oxidationhavebeensystematicallystudied.Therelationshipbetweensolidsolubilityofcopperinthesteelandaustenitizingtemperatureofausteniteareanalysed.Solublequestionofcopperinliquidcopperphasewasdiscussed.Thebalanceandunbalancesegregationmechanismofboronelementinausteniticgrainboundary,itsinfluencingfactorandtheformationconditionsofB-Fephasewerealsodiscussedinthisthesis.Theresearchresultsshowthatmicroboronelementcouldretardtheliquidcopper-richphasefilteringgrainboundaryinsteel.The20#steelsareselectedasmothersmeltingmaterials,boronferroalloyandindustrialpurecopperwereadditions,andthesematerialsweremeltedinthevacuuminductionsmeltingfurnace.Thenitwascastedintoingotsbytheweightof5kg.Ingotsareforgedintosteel-barsof15mm×20mm×500mmbytheatmospherehammerof750kg,anditwascutintothesamplesof5mm×10mm×10mm.samplesareoxidizedunderthetemperatureof1050℃，1100℃，1150℃，1200℃，1250℃respectively,andoxidatingtimewereselectedas3/4h、2h、3hrespectively.Atthesametime,oxidationatmosphereareconsideredastwoconditionsofprotectingbyN2andnoprotectinggasthesamplesandthesurfaceoxidationsampleshavebeenqualitativelyandquantitativelyanalyzedbythemethodsoftheOM,SEM,EDXandsoon.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatadditiveboronelementgetthepriorityofcoppertosegregateinthegrainboundary,anditformedFeB、Fe2Bphasewithironelement,whichcouldretardcopper-richphasetopenetrategrain-boundarymoredeeply.Theharmfulproblemscausedbycoppersinsteelscouldbereducedorsuppressedbyaddingboronelementsorimprovinghot-working(suchasforging\rolling)parameter,thereasonableadditiveofboronisabout25ppm,improvinghot-workingparameterincludetoreducehearthoxygenpotential,toaccelerateheating-uprateandtoshortenthetimeofconstanttemperatureandsoon.Keywordsresidualelementcopper;copper-richphase;surfaceoxid
