AbstractDuetomassiveuseofadditivesinanimalfeedstuff,heavymetalpollutionsinanimalmanureareverycommon,especiallycopperandzincpollutions.Heavymetalpollutionsalsoexistsinvermicompostwhichisproducedthroughearthwormdigestingpigmanurepollutedbyheavymetals.Asakindofcommercialbiofertilizer,vermicompostiswidelyusedinculturingofeconomicalcrops.Therefore,usingvermicompostwithhighCu/Znenrichmentasexperimentalmaterial,simulatingagriculturalapplicationofvermicompostanddifferentirrigationstyleinthelab,thisresearchwasfocusedonthestudyaboutheavymetaltransferringtosoil-plantsystemandsoil-groundwatersystemduringvermicompostapplication.Themainconclusionswereasfollows:ApplicationofvermicompostwithhighCu/Zncontentincreasedshootdryweightofthreeplants,anddecreaserootdryweightofEuchlaenaMexicanaSchradandMedicagosativaL.,respectively.ItalsosignificantlyincreasedCu/Zncontentinshootandroot,andunderthesameplantgrowth,Cu/ZncontentinshootandrootofMedicagosativaL.cultivatedinredsoilwashigherthaninmoisturesoil.ApplicationofvermicompostdecreasedmoisturesoilpHandsignificantlyincreasedredsoilpH,aswellassignificantlyincreasedsoilECandextractableCu/Zncontent.Italsosignificantlyincreasedsoilexchangedandiron-manganeseCu/Zncontent,andunderthesameplantgrowth,exchangedandiron-manganeseCu/Zncontentinredsoilwashigherthaninmoisturesoil.Applicationalsosignificantlyincreasedsoilureaseandphosphataseactivities,butitsignificantlyinhibitedcatalaseactivityinmoisturesoil,whilesignificantlyincreasedcatalaseactivityinredsoil.CorrelationstudiesshowedthatCu/ZncontentinshootandrootwaspositivelycorrelatedwithsoilextractableCu/Zncontent,thesameasshootdryweightofEuchlaenaMexicanaSchradandpakchoiwithsoilureaseandphosphataseactivities.TheinfluenceonshootandrootdryweightofEuchlaenaMexicanaSchradaffectedbyapplicationofpigmanureresiduesfromdifferentvermicompostingstageswasdifferentdependingondifferentsoiltypes.VMtreatmentimprovedshootgrowthinmoisturesoil,thesameasPM0andPM30treatmentinredsoil,butPM30treatmentsignificantlyinhibitedroo
