中文摘要2009 年，为有效弥补国家公派汉语教师、汉语教师志愿者的不足，国家汉 办设立“外国汉语教师奖学金”，鼓励各国有志于从事汉语教学的优秀青年来华 攻读汉语国际教育硕士专业学位，开辟增加本土汉语教师培养的新渠道。截止 目前，取得汉语国际教育硕士外国留学生培养资格的院校已经至少招收了两届 该专业学位硕士外国留学生，对该专业学位硕士留学生的培养工作也处在不断 发展和探索之中，此时回顾并梳理该专业学位外国留学生的培养工作，总结已 有的经验，发现存在的问题，从而提出改进的建议或策略，对于提升该专业学 位外国留学生的培养质量具有一定的意义。本文以“汉语国际教育硕士专业学位外国留学生培养现状研究—以新疆师 范大学为例”为题，采用文献法、问卷法、访谈法等，对该大学培养的汉语国 际教育硕士外国留学生进行深入的调研，全面了解汉语国际教育硕士外国留学 生的培养现状，总结已有的经验。同时，本文分析了目前该专业学位留学生培养中存在的问题，并探究其成 因，留学生入学前汉语水平不高，对该专业学位认识不足，毕业就业意向不明 确等因素在一定程度上影响了该专业学位培养目标的实现。就目前培养中存在 的问题，本文提出了旨在提升该专业学位培养质量的建议，包括严把招生质量 关，不断拓宽招生渠道；根据留学生的学习特点，设置符合客观需要的课程； 充分了解留学生的知识背景和学习动机，适当延长培养年限；深入调研，根据 中亚国家地区的需求，进行多层次的师资培养；加强导师队伍建设，建立高质 量的师资队伍等建议。论文主要分为五章，第一章为前言；第二章为研究设计；第三章为汉语国 际教育硕士留学生培养现状调查与分析，分析新疆高校汉语国际教育硕士留学 生培养现状，总结培养经验，找出存在的问题并进行分析；第四章为进一步改 进和完善新疆高校汉语国际教育硕士留学生培养工作的建议；第五章是研究结 论与反思，旨在为提高新疆高校汉语国际教育硕士留学生培养质量提供一定的 参考。关键词：专业学位；汉语国际教育硕士；培养现状；分析AbstractIn 2009, to make up the lack of the national government-sponsored Chinese teachers and Chinese teachers volunteers, Hanban had set “Foreign Chinese Teacher Scholarship”, in order to encourage young outstanding men who are interested in Chinese teaching to come to China to study MTCSOL, which increasing new channel to train foreign Chinese teachers. By now, there have at least two terms foreign MTCSOL to learn this professional degree, while about this degree’s training is still under exploration, so at present, it is necessary for us to look back through this degree’s training and sum the experience, find problems and propose according suggestions, which is good for promoting the training quality.This article with the title “Study on current training situation of foreign student majoring in MTCSOL –Take Xinjiang Normal University as example”, using the research method of literature, questionnaires and interview, tried to learn about the current situation of foreign MTCSOL in this university and sum up the experience there have been.On the other hand, this thesis analyzed the problems of this professional degree’s training, and explo
