　　　国民体质健康与区域经济、环境因素的PLS-DA分析 魏胜敏， 黄彩华2 (1石家庄学院体育学院，河北 石家庄 050035 2厦门理工学院，福建 厦门 360124) 摘要：国民体质健康在国家社会发展中，占居重要地位。目的：分析全国各省居民体质与经济收入、自然环境现状之间的关系，深入探讨各省国民体质非均衡发展的关键因素。方法：搜集2014年我国国民体质监测数据，以及31个省级区域的经济、环境相关数据，运用主成分分析、偏最小二乘-判别分析（PLS-DA），结合模式识别的方法，以各省级区域国民体质数据为Y变量，以各省级区域经济状况、环境条件为X变量，建立模型OPLS-DA模型，验证模型的鲁棒性，并找出造成区域差异的主要因素。 结论：经济发达程度是影响国民体质的关键因素；环境条件恶劣也是制约国民体质水平的重要因素；与西部和中部省区相比，东部省区在国民体质、经济和环境因素三个因素的综合模式上具有明显的差别，研究结果为制定出相应策略促进国民体质健康水平提供理论依据。 关键词：体质健康；经济；环境；PLS－DA PLS–DA Analysis on the Relationship among National Physical Fitness　and Regional Economic, Environmental Factors Wei Sheng-Min1, Huang Cai-Mua2 (1.School of P.E, Shijiazhuang University, Shijiazhuang, Hebei . 050035 2.Xiamen University, Xiamen Fujian. 360124) Abstract: National physique is of great significance in the development of our country. This essay aims at analyzing the relations of the physique states in various provinces all over the country with the economic income and the natural environments so as to research deeply into the key factors which lead to the unbalanced development of national physique in different provinces. The approach used here is as follows: collect the national physique monitoring data in the year of 2014of our country and the concerned data of economy and environment in 31 provincial areas, then utilize the Principal Component Analysis(PCA) and the Partial Least Squares Discriminant Analysis (PLS-DA),combining the method of Pattern Recognition(PR), with the data of various provincial areas’ national physique as variable Y and data of the economic states and environmental conditions of these provincial areas as variable X so as to establish the OPLS-DA Pattern to examine its robust and finally find out the main elements to cause the area differences. The conclusion is that the level of economic development is the key factor that influences the national physique and the bad environmental condition is another important factor that hinders the heal
