AbstractGovernment decision-making is being at the heart of Management system throughout the community. Where the government decision-making is scientific, is democratic, is lawful, where all the aspects of social life is decided. While China is a socialist country, democracy is the essential requirement of our national system, so public participation in government decision-making system should be intended. With the rapid development of China economic, democracy is gradually speeding up the democratization process, the public involved in government decision-making standards and on the limited public participation mechanism can not satisfy the public participation in government decision-making requirements exposed the contradictions, public participation in government decision-making is more and more urgent, in this case, public participation in government decision-making has gradually pushed on the agenda by the state, strengthening public participation in government decision-making research and application are imminent.In this paper, I thoroughly implement the scientific concept of development spirit with the guidance of Marxism, I describ the evolution of public participation in government decision-making in modern China and analysis of the process of public participation in government decision-making problems, then I explore the establishment of a mechanism for public participation, at last I find a solution to public participation in government decision-making .I hope to leads to better proposals in our governments public participation in decision-making research .Key words: Government decision-making; Public Participation;Participation mechanisms; Political democracy; Social environment; Decision-making thinking目录摘要............................................................................................................................
