Id-1在宫颈癌及其癌前病变组织中的表达及意义的论文 id-1在宫颈癌及其癌前病变组织中的表达及意义 【关键词】 宫颈癌;宫颈上皮内瘤变;id-1;dna结合抑制因子-1;实时荧光定量rt-pcr 【摘要】 目的 通过检测宫颈癌及其癌前病变组织中dna结合抑制因子-1(id-1)蛋白和mrna的表达情况，探讨id-1在宫颈癌变过程中的作用。方法 采用免疫组化sp法检测id-1蛋白在15例慢性宫颈炎、17例cinⅰ、25例cinⅱ～ⅲ和79例宫颈癌组织中的表达;采用实时荧光定量rt-pcr法检测id-1 mrna在10例慢性宫颈炎、8例cinⅰ、9例cinⅱ～ⅲ和8例宫颈癌组织中的表达。结果 慢性宫颈炎、cinⅰ、cinⅱ～ⅲ、宫颈癌组织中id-1蛋白表达阳性率呈逐渐升高趋势(plt;0.01)，分别为0、11.8%、40.0%、74.7%;cinⅰ、cinⅱ～ⅲ和宫颈癌组织中id-1 mrna的相对表达量分别是慢性宫颈炎组织的1.34倍、3.42倍和10.37倍，随宫颈癌变程度加重id-1基因表达增加(plt;0.05)。结论 随着宫颈癌变程度加重，id-1表达逐渐增加，表明id-1可能参与了宫颈癌的发病机制。 【关键词】 宫颈癌;宫颈上皮内瘤变;id-1;dna结合抑制因子-1;实时荧光定量rt-pcr 　[abstract] objective to investigate the effect of the inhibitor of dna binding-1(id-1)in the process of carcinogenesis of cervical cancer by detecting the expression of id-1 protein and mrna in the cervical cancer and its precancerous lesions.methods the expressions of id-1 protein in 15 chronic cervicitis, 17 cinⅰ, 25 cinⅱ-ⅲ and 79 cervical squamous cancers were assessed by immunohistochemical sp methods. real-time fluorescence quantitative rt-pcr (qrt-pcr) was used to detect the expression level of id-1 mrna in 10 chronic cervicitis, 8 cinⅰ, 9 cinⅱ-ⅲ and 8 cervical squamous cancers respectively.results it was found that the expression level of id-1 protein followed this pattern: cervical cancer gt; cinⅱ-ⅲ gt; cinⅰgt; chronic cervicitis (plt;0.01), and the positive expression rate of id-1 protein was 74.7%, 40.0%, 11.8%and 0.0% respectively. the relative amount of id-1 mrna expression in cinⅰ, cinⅱ-ⅲ and cervical cancer is respectively 1.34 times, 3.42 times and 10.37 times of that in the chronic cervicitis, which indicates that the id-1 mrna expression increases with the proceeding of cervical affection.conclusion the id-1 expression was increased with the aggravation of cervical lesions. it suggests that id-1 might have participated in the pathogenesis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. 　　[key words] cervical cancer; cin; id-1; inhibitor of dna binding-1; real-time fluorescence quantitative rt-pcr 　　近年研究发现，d
