Eligibility Criteria Each year, the Impact Fund selects 25-30 applicants who meet the following criteria: • Live and/or work in the region, which is comprised of Cabarrus, Cherokee, Cleveland, Davidson, Iredell, Lancaster, Lexington, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, Rowan, Stanly, Union and York counties; • Are between the ages of 25 and 45; • Have a desire to improve the community; • Have demonstrated an interest in volunteering and charitable initiatives; • Exhibit leadership potential in civic and professional life; and • Are able to attend monthly educational sessions led by experienced philanthropists and periodic Interest Team meetings (1-2 per month) in Charlotte.
