Rates: $125 per night. Off season rates are negotiable. 10% sales tax and a Resort registration fee of $25 is also collected. You will pay the registration fee to the Resort upon arrival. $100 deposit is required to hold reservations. This is refunded after the unit is checked and key is returned. This sometimes takes a few weeks. The deposit is non refundable unless the unit is rented. Payment in full is required two weeks before check in date. If this does not work out for you lets talk it over. We now have a golf cart available. In season Memorial day through Labor day the nightly rental is $125 this includes the golf cart. Off season is still $100 with the golf cart. If rates are a problem email me and we can discuss off season. Memorial day through the Labor Day are rented for a week only. Saturday till Saturday. If it is open a short time before your arrival I will book less during this time. It is usually rented Jan, Feb and March. All other times are when you want to go. Unless it is a special situation there are no min. nights. (except stated above) We want you to feel like you are at home and that we all share this wonderful place together, because we do. Here are some details 2 bedroom 2 bath (no tub, showers only- 1 36” the other 48”). Master has a queen bed with TV, DVD, VCR and a private bath. Bedroom #2 has 2 sets of bunks. One twin/twin the other twin/ full. Bedroom #2 has a TV and VCR. All TV’s have expanded cable with Movie channels. Sometimes they are not programmed in the surf through mode. You have to enter the channel numbers and hit enter. Kitchen is fully updated and equipped. Microwave, Stove, Garbage Disposal, Dishwasher, Ice Maker, and all the necessary pots and pans to cook whate
